The message of the Gospel is the Good News: the proclamation of Elohim’s love and grace, intended to redeem humanity from the death it incurred as a result of original sin. The Eternal created humanity in His image and likeness to live in communion with Him. However, this relationship was broken by humanity’s disobedience. Through sin, death entered the world, along with divine judgment.
But Elohim did not abandon humanity in this desperate state:
He sent His only Son, Yeshua HaMashiach, who was perfect in every way and without sin, to bear the judgment for humanity’s sins in our place on the cross. On the third day, He rose again, triumphing over death itself. Through His death and resurrection, He defeated death and offered redemption. By this sacrifice, all who accept His grace through faith receive forgiveness of their sins, eternal life, and the opportunity for a new beginning—even in this earthly life.
However, our teaching goes beyond merely proclaiming the Gospel; it also aims to deepen its interpretation and understanding. For instance, it is crucial to comprehend why the fruit of the tree of knowledge was forbidden in Eden and why Yahuwah decreed that humanity’s return to Him could be achieved only through the Savior. These questions, and the answers they reveal, are vital to fully grasping the completeness of His plan and the profound depth of the Gospel message.
What must we do in order to receive this Gift?
Repentance: When I acknowledge my sinful condition, sincerely turn away from it, and seek deliverance by calling upon Him who alone has the power to grant me this grace.
Faith in Yeshua: When I believe that He is the Son of Elohim, that He suffered in my place, and that He rose again to offer me new and eternal life.
Water Baptism: In water baptism, my old self symbolically dies and is buried. My sins are forgiven, and I am reborn as a new creation in the Messiah, Yahushua.
Spirit/Fire Baptism: When I open my heart to the promised Comforter, Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit), He moves within me, working His will and commandments in my life. He empowers me to live in complete freedom as a victorious disciple of Yahushua, purifying and SANCTIFYING me daily until the time comes when He will return to take me to Himself.
The Purpose of This Message:
To emphasize the importance of not only receiving forgiveness but also living a fully renewed life as Elohim has designed for each of us. This life includes healing, deliverance from demonic oppression, ongoing inner transformation, and the mission of making disciples, as demonstrated by the first believers in the book of Acts. It is not about attending religious services on Sunday (or even Saturday) but about living a continuous, authentic, and committed relationship with Elohim—a life that reflects His love, power, and purpose in every aspect.
The Gospel is not a religion—it is LIFE: a restored, living relationship with the Creator that transforms your heart, your mind, and your entire existence
Many people struggle to understand why humanity bears such a severe consequence for the seemingly simple act of eating a fruit. They fail to grasp why this act was so significant in the eyes of Elohim and why tasting this fruit is considered such an unforgivable sin.
It is essential to clarify that we are not preaching a portrayal of a “sweet Jesus” who is all love and mercy. We reject the one-sided, incomplete vision of our Lord that many believers present— instead of striving every day to transform themselves into His image, strive to distort Him into their own image which is only lukewarm and soft. We speak of the King Messiah who is indeed Merciful but who is also Just, and who will soon return to judge all those who remain cold, or even lukewarm and complacent, as those mentioned before. This balanced understanding of His nature is critical to truly apprehending the depth and power of the Gospel.
But Let’s Go a Little Deeper
Adam sinned, and his sin condemned him to death. Through his act, all humanity was plunged into a state of iniquity, where Satan reigns over fallen man.
As descendants of Adam, we are all marked by this original defilement. Not one among us has escaped transgressing the laws of Yahuwah—those 650 to 700 divine ordinances summarized in the Ten Commandments, themselves concentrated into two universal laws of Love.
By nature, humanity has proven incapable of fully adhering to this law. Even the most devout and fervent among us inevitably fall into sin, whether in action, word, or thought. This is why the Word became flesh—the Law incarnate—and dwelt among us: so that whoever believes in Him would not perish but have eternal life.
He who was without sin died in the place of the sinner
For without the shedding of blood there is neither forgiveness of sins nor reconciliation with the Father
The ministry of evangelism often stops here. Evangelists frequently have little else to offer those seeking Elohim and a solution to their spiritual condition. Yet even at this stage, many are converted, born again, discipled, and equipped for ministry, each according to their level of obedience and the extent of their calling.
However, our Lord Yahushua has entrusted us with much more than this. He also promised tools for spiritual growth and empowerment that go far beyond these initial steps, as revealed in chapters 9 and 10 of the Gospel of Luke. These promises, still valid today, were actively employed by the first disciples and Apostles, and I will delve into them in greater detail shortly.
The Gospel’s deeper meaning is that through the Son, we are reconciled with the Father. This reconciliation means that Elohim no longer presents His Law as an external solution to sin, written on tablets of stone or inscribed on paper. Now, in the fulfillment of Jeremiah’s prophecy, this Law is given to us in its perfect form. The Commandments of Elohim, once weak and external, are now powerfully inscribed within our hearts. From within, they begin to unfold and transform our entire being. This is the ultimate promise: the very essence of the new birth, the baptism of the Spirit, and the ongoing process of sanctification.
The days are coming,” declares Yahuwah, when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah. It will not be like the covenant I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant, though I was a husband to them,” declares Yahuwah. “This is the covenant I will make with the people of Israel after that time,” declares Yahuwah. “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their Elohim, and they will be my people. No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know Yahuwah,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest,” declares Yahuwah. “For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” Jeremiah 31:31-34
The Purpose of Creation
As I have discussed in several of my articles, the earth—and humanity, its central element—was created in a fallen world where chaos, meaning disorder and darkness (Tohu Va Bohu), reigned. The first letter of the first word in Genesis, beth, in the term B-reshit (“in the beginning“), strongly suggests that the account is not of an initial creation, but rather a re-creation. It describes the restoration of a world that was originally crafted in perfection by a Supreme Being who, by definition, can only create that which is flawless.
In this originally perfect world, among the heavenly beings created without blemish, a leader and several subordinate angels rebelled against their Creator. This rebellion, though unexpected, necessitated that Elohim prepare a place of exile where the rebels would be confined until the conclusion of the war against them and the execution of their trial, judgment, and condemnation.
Hellel (the “luminous one“, reflecting Elohim’s light, but better known as Satan) and his followers, the Shedim(the “vain ones“, commonly referred to as demons), challenged Elohim to a duel. For reasons still shrouded in mystery, they believed they could ascend to His throne and claim His position.
As I have noted in several other writings, humanity was created to replace these fallen angels. The Kingdom of Elohim, initially created in absolute perfection, had become imperfect “for a time.” This temporary imperfection required correction to restore the original order and structure—to Re-form what had been disrupted.
To delve deeper into this profound topic, I encourage you to explore the following three teachings:
We must recognize that, contrary to what has been taught for centuries, we are not the result of a mere cosmic accident—insignificant and smaller than a speck of dust. We are not inhabitants of some remote corner of an infinite universe, having evolved over millions of years from primitive bacteria or invertebrate reptiles. Even less are we the product of an experiment conducted by an extraterrestrial civilization, as suggested by pseudosciences and the speculative claims of certain space exploration institutions over the past few decades.
We are a deliberately created life form, designed with intention, precision, and for a specific purpose. We are the center, the goal, and the crown of the visible world—that is, of Creation itself. Nothing less. (I will address the nature of the earth in more detail in another teaching.)
Real science—the kind rooted in observation rather than speculative hypotheses—is increasingly affirming the reality of Elohim. Through numerous officially recognized methods, it is revealing the truth of His existence and His design. Recent advancements in genuine, biblically true science have been presented in the groundbreaking creationist documentary, The Ark and the Darkness. This comprehensive film uncovers many mysteries that testify to the power and truth of the Creator, providing fresh evidence of His majesty and purpose.
To understand the concept of original sin, it is crucial to revisit the story of the Fall and examine why Eve and Adam ate the forbidden fruit. While many Christian teachers have addressed this topic, they have often failed to uncover its deeper roots, primarily due to a limited understanding of the early creation narrative.
It is widely taught that the sin of Adam and Eve was, at its core, an act of disobedience. The first human couple failed to obey the sole commandment given by Elohim, the only one in force at that time. The key issue was not initially the consequences of their act or the “doors” it would open, but the very act of rebellion and unfaithfulness to their Creator.
The serpent, however, did not merely tempt Eve to disobey but persuaded her to commit the same sin that he and his fallen companions had previously committed:
“Wanting to be like Elohim”
“For Elohim knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like Elohim, knowing good and evil.” Genesis 3:5. This single statement encapsulates the essence of the rebellion. The sin that Hellel (later known as Satan) and his companions knowingly committed in the direct presence of Yahuwah was now offered to humanity. Unlike Satan’s rebellion, Adam and Eve’s act was not a conscious, deliberate revolt against the Father. Nevertheless, by yielding to temptation, humanity inherited Satan’s seed of rebellion.
Through this act, man allowed the seed of sin to take root, authorizing the enemy to mark his heart with a spiritual seal of rebellion. This seal signifies spiritual death, separating man from his Creator and Savior. It gave Satan temporary ownership of humanity, rendering man estranged from Elohim and vulnerable to eternal separation.
Satan’s ultimate objective is to maintain this estrangement until physical death, claiming man as his trophy. In doing so, he ensures that man is prevented from fulfilling his rightful destiny: replacing the fallen angels in the Kingdom of the Eternal, from which they were permanently expelled.
But beyond this fundamental disobedience:
The driving force behind humanity’s fall lies in its thirst for knowledge. Man’s desire to know that there is another way apart from Elohim’s path
This is the main essence and the heart of the rebellion.
By choosing to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, man sought autonomy, a way of living independent of Elohim’s guidance.
This thirst for knowledge, however, came at a great cost—estrangement from the Creator and a legacy of spiritual death.
Instead of obeying Elohim with the innocence and pure heart of a child, man was given the ability to choose another path: the path of his own human conscience. This path, however, inevitably leads to disobedience. Humanity can choose to follow its own way, to assert mastery over its life, and to attempt to solve its problems through personal power and intelligence. Yet, in taking this direction, man unwittingly activates the influence of the first being who adopted such an attitude: Satan. As a result, all of humanity is effectively born under Satan’s yoke and remains there unless we recognize and submit to the authority of the Redeemer, Yeshua.
The fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil held a particularly alluring temptation: the possibility of becoming like Elohim. This was not about aspiring to become Elohim—a desire reserved for Satan and the fallen angels—but rather about achieving a resemblance to Him. Adam and Eve did not seek to usurp the Father’s throne or take His place; they merely aspired to exist alongside Him – in parallel -, possessing the same knowledge and understanding. This is precisely what the serpent promised when he said to Eve, “You will be like Elohim, knowing good and evil” (Genesis 3:5).
At this point, it seems that humanity did not even seek to wield the same power as the Creator but instead yearned for the same degree of consciousness and wisdom.
In its essence, man’s sin was far less grievous than that of Satan and his demons. The latter had deliberately defied Yahuwah and His throne with full knowledge of the cause and consequences of their rebellion. Man, on the other hand, merely desired to resemble the Father, aspiring to share in His likeness. However, this aspiration required transgressing the one commandment that Elohim had expressly given them to obey.
The knowledge gained from the forbidden fruit—knowing good and evil—consists of an awareness of an alternative to Elohim’s way: a human path, where man lives according to his own choices and places trust in himself or, at times, in others.
Until this point, Adam and Eve had known only good. For them, “good” had no specific significance, as it was the natural state in which they were created and lived. They had no concept of an opposite—no “evil” to contrast with their perfection. Without such contrast, they could not fully appreciate the Life and Perfection they had been given.
It was only after they yielded to evil and fell into sin that their original condition became clear to them. Suddenly, they could see their previous state of innocence and harmony with Elohim as “good” in comparison to the fallen state they now experienced.
This newfound awareness was what caused them to notice their nakedness and feel shame. Their physical nakedness symbolized their spiritual vulnerability, and their shame marked the loss of their original purity. They now understood what they had lost and could no longer return to their former state without divine intervention.
Goodness was defined above all as the state of obedience and unconditional love towards the Father. From this state flows what we often perceive, through our interested and calculating human perspective, as good: blessings such as an abundance of food, general well-being, the absence of hunger, thirst, illness, fatigue, aging, death, extreme heat or cold, disappointment, or emotional pain, along with the absence of any form of deficiency, at any level.
These blessings, however, are merely the marvelous consequences of a far more noble and significant reality. They stem from the profound truth of KNOWING that we are reconciled with our Father. KNOWING that not only does He still love us, but that we no longer have anything to reproach ourselves with before Him, that nothing concerning us hurts Him any more and no longer saddens Him!
This is the only KNOWLEDGE we need in Life!
Our greatest reward should not even be our own eternal life but the assurance that we are no longer a source of pain or sorrow to our Father. An even greater joy than witnessing our own resurrection from the dead is the joy reflected in the face of our Heavenly Father as He beholds the return of a child He thought lost and who had been restored to life and brought home.
This joy is perhaps akin to the emotions Abraham must have felt when the angel intervened at the last moment to prevent the sacrifice of Isaac. It mirrors what Jacob experienced when reunited with Joseph, whom he had believed dead for decades. It is the same joy depicted in the parable of the prodigal son, when the father welcomes home his wayward child. And it reflects what our Heavenly Father feels—not only when Yeshua, His only Son, was resurrected from the dead, but also each time one of us, through His Son, dies to sin and is reborn as a new or restored creation.
Thus, our greatest joy in the gospel message should be rooted in the joy we bring to our Father by freely submitting to Him and returning to the place He has always desired for us. This joy is akin to the pleasure of giving a gift, which can often surpass the joy of receiving one.
I personally came to understand this at a very young age, around seven or eight years old. One day, while walking with my earthly father at the flea market in downtown Brussels, near where I was born, he bought me a balloon. A few minutes later, the balloon burst because I had accidentally pushed it against the corner of an old piece of furniture on display. What left a deep impression on me that day was not so much the loss of the balloon but the expression on my father’s face. I saw the joy he had felt in giving it to me, and when the balloon burst, I saw that joy replaced by sadness.
What my father never knew was that my tears in that moment were not for the lost balloon but for the sadness and disappointment I perceived in his face. In the end, we went back to the vendor and bought another balloon, and here also everything was resolved at the end.
The Essence of Redemption
As we see, the wages of original sin is death.
After their transgression, Adam and Eve received from the Father an animal skin— a symbolic representation of the mortal body in which humanity now suffers, ages, falls ill, and ultimately dies, returning to the dust from which it was formed.
However, death was not immediate. Instead, it emerged as a gradual process of decay that began at the moment of their fall—a state entirely absent before. It was at this pivotal moment that the physical laws governing our world came into being, along with the very concept of TIME.
This TIME which is both a synonym for death and a vessel of grace
Death could have been instantaneous, but instead, humanity was subjected to a finite lifespan—a mortal countdown during which it is granted the opportunity to mend its fractured relationship with the Father. From the first moments of this new condition, the patience and grace of Elohim are unmistakably evident (as elaborated in the article Question of Life and Death).
In the originally perfect world created by Yahuwah, the Supreme Creator carried within Himself the capacity for restoration and re-creation in response to any potential error or fall.
“YAHUWAH who saves” has always existed, and in Hebrew, this is expressed as: YAHUSHUA
Yeshua is the future form of this verbal sentence, that is, the not yet fully accomplished manifestation of this restorative power, a promise yet to be fully manifested. This promise took on human form, a foretaste of the redemption to come. It was a promise first given to the Jewish people and, through them, extended to all humanity. This eternal hope was affirmed when the Archangel Gabriel declared to Joseph: She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Yeshua, because he will save his people from their sins. Matthew 1:21
The essence of the Gospel lies in the journey from Adam, the first man, to Yeshua HaMashiach, the last Adam. The first Adam, through his actions, effectively declared before the Eternal, “I want to know; I want to decide my destiny for myself; I want to solve my problems on my own.” In contrast, the last Adam, Yeshua HaMashiach, exemplifies perfect submission and complete union with the Father.
We are descendants of the first Adam according to the flesh and, with him, are condemned to death. But if we are born again in Yeshua, the last Adam, who triumphed over death, we regain the original state of immortality. This state will be fully restored—either after our physical death or at the time of His return in Spirit to the earth, should we still be alive.
As descendants of the first Adam—these intermediate Adams—we navigate a fallen world that grows increasingly corrupt, dark, and unbearable. As we continue through this existence, an inevitable realization arises in our hearts: a profound disenchantment, disgust and a rejection of the life we have lived.
This inner recognition becomes imperative: “I do not want to know anymore. I have had enough. Knowledge and material wealth bring me no satisfaction; on the contrary, they burden me. I desire no more of this world, its knowledge, or myself. I am incapable of saving myself; I am lost. I must surrender and abandon this futile struggle against my fate.”
Even without fully comprehending the essence of sin, we must feel its deadly grip. We must recognize that the growth of knowledge and human progress, far from delivering the better life humanity has long hoped for, have left us more unhappy—intellectually, spiritually, and physically—than in the less developed periods of our history.
The Gospel begins in the heart of a person who has ceased fighting for himself, and who is ready to die with the Lamb of Elohim on the cross
This is the fundamental starting point—even before listing individual sins: becoming aware of the state of sin in which we exist, the condition into which we are born, like shipwrecked souls perishing in the vast ocean.
The one prepared for redemption is not a smiling, fulfilled, and “balanced” individual but one with a broken heart, one in deep distress, or even struggling with suicidal thoughts. A person who has never known such depths of despair or crisis
will never be able to feel the true need to be freed from sin, from death, and above all from perdition
The desire to end one’s life must be skillfully redirected. Yes, we are called to die—to the world and to ourselves—but we are not to destroy our physical bodies, this earthly vessel entrusted to us, for that would be a clear homicide. We hold no authority over life and death, even our own. Instead, we must put to death the “old man” within us, in spirit, so that we are no longer under the dominion of Satan but under the authority of Messiah Yahushua, who created us.
By ending one’s physical life, one would seal the eternal judgment of sin, forfeiting the chance for redemption. This is precisely Satan’s goal: to drive a person to commit the irreparable before they discover the path to healing, restoration, and life. This is why he persistently whispers such thoughts into your mind.
In those moments, you have two essential things to do: command Satan to remain silentand ask Yeshua to come and save you.
Anyone who has not reached this point of no return in his heart, anyone who has not recognized his state of decay as a human being, and also as an individual, will never be able to aspire to a true, unconditional and total deliverance. It is therefore futile for us to waste time devoting ourselves to such people if they do not show any openness or sincere desire for change. Let us not throw our pearls or our silver – as a symbol of redemption – before swine. Anyone who feels comfortable in this world of shit can only be a pig in the spiritual sense of the word and not a person of peace. Let these people continue to wallow in their own vomit, and shake even the dust from your feet.
As servants of Yeshua, our role is to convey the essence of the Gospel to hearts prepared to receive it. The Gospel begins where a person acknowledges their state of perdition and longs to be delivered from it. As long as an individual feels comfortable in his condition and still finds his place in this world, his spirit is not yet plowed and fit to receive the seed of life. This is how we can better understand the word: It is harder for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the Kingdom of Elohim.Indeed the love of this world is a form of wealth. Only when this turning point has been reached in the individual’s life can we, as servants of Yeshua, come on the scene and fulfill our duty, which is to announce to them the ultimate solution:
Yeshua HaMashiach and His Sacrifice for Our Sins
Once the heart is ready, three essential steps must follow: – REPENTANCE, FAITH IN YESHUA and THE TWO BAPTISMS. At this point, the individual is confronted with his own personal sins, those for which he alone is responsible and which do not come directly from our Adamic heritage or from the influence of Satan himself. This recognition stirs within them a yearning for someone with the authority to deliver, absolve, and forgive these transgressions. This is where the individual must acknowledge Yeshua as the High Priest, the only one capable of cleansing us from impurities. Through baptism, Yeshua enters us and fills our hearts with His Spirit. In this transformative act, the two tongues of fire—that are none other than the living Word, once inscribed on stone tablets—are now engraved on our minds and hearts. At this moment, we are born again, freed from sin, its consequences, and its burdens. We experience deliverance from spiritual and, at times, physical illnesses. We are liberated from addictions, healed from illnesses, and set free from demonic influences. We receive spiritual gifts—such as speaking in tongues, prophecy, healing, apostleship, teaching—and the fruits of these gifts: kindness, patience, truth, goodness, and more. The law of Love begins to manifest in our spirits, transforming us from within.
So do not blame Elohim or make him responsible for your suffering or the injustices of the world
Elohim warned humanity from the very beginning. He gave clear instructions to our first ancestors about what was permitted and what was not. His judgment, “On the day you eat of it, you will surely die,” was not His desire but the inevitable consequence of disobedience. If humanity chooses to open doors it was warned against, it grants Satan the right to enter and claim dominion over life and death.
If, after their fall, Elohim had chosen to eliminate Satan and his demons to create new spiritual beings in their place, then He would not have created the first human couple from which we all come. You yourself would not exist. Your presence here is an opportunity, a chance: it is You who need it, not Him. Although this opportunity was wasted from the beginning – first by the fault of the serpent, then by Adam, and finally by Eve, in that order – Elohim is in no way responsible for it. He spoke, He warned, but they did not listen. While we cannot be held personally accountable for the choices of our ancestors, can any of us confidently claim that, in their place, we would have acted differently?
It is imperative that humanity understands Elohim’s character: He is not cruel. He does not seek to crush us but to raise us from the dust to the heights of eternal glory—if only we accept His outstretched hand with humility and obedience.
That hand is Yeshua, His Right Hand, constantly extended to save us from the perdition we hasten toward. He desires to restore us to the original peace and harmony experienced in Eden. But beyond this, He wishes to elevate us to realms even greater than those of Eden—places reserved for us, the very seats left by the rebellious angels.
This is the heart of Elohim’s redemptive plan: to lift humanity from sin and death into the fullness of eternal life with Him.
Why Yeshua and not Buddha, Mohammed, or just Moses?
The question of other religions, or Judaism without Yeshua, is simple. As I have indicated, anyone who views Yeshua (or Christianity, to use the generic term) as merely a religion is mistaken.
Yeshua is not a religion; He is Life itself.
This is precisely what sets it apart, not from other religions, but from the very concept of religion itself.
Of course the Christian churches have made it a religion, but I address this subject of falsifying and illegitimate Christian churches in other teachings. Here I am talking about the real Church with a capital C, the body of the Messiah.
As I have just explained, the path that leads man back to the Father can only be the restoration of His Commandments in the hearts of each individual. However, this has proven to be impossible. Religions, on the other hand, offer man only the solution of striving for perfection by submitting to laws, precepts, or religious practices—the very ones that man has demonstrated his inability to uphold. Yeshua is the only perfect solution—the one who erases our debt and guilt, and the only one capable of renewing us from within, by Himself.
What Does It Mean to Be Born Again?
Being “born again” is a profound transformation of the soul and spirit, central to the message of the Gospel. Yeshua is the Word made flesh, the living commandments incarnate. Through Him, the eternal will of Yahuwah is manifested. He is also the oil in our lamps, representing His Holy Spirit, Ruach HaKodesh. The Spirit of Yahuwah cannot be separated from His role as Redeemer, the Son, who is the Word. These aspects are one and indivisible.
Because the Oil = the Holy Spirit = the Messiah = the Word = the Prophets and the Law
The oil, the Holy Spirit, the Messiah, the Word, the Prophets, and the Law are all interconnected and inseparable. They form the foundation of sanctification, which is the growth of the Holy Spirit within us. This growth represents the progressive fulfillment of the Law’s operation in our inner being, as the Spirit transforms us from within.
Sanctification, which is the Oil itself, corresponds to the growth of the Holy Spirit in us. This growth is the progressive accomplishment of the operation of the Law in our inner being.
It is only through Ruach HaKodesh that the gifts of grace—such as prophecy, teaching, healing, and other manifestations—can emerge in our lives. These gifts are grounded in the workings of love, expressed in the Two Great Commandments given by Yeshua:
Love Yahuwah, your Elohim with all your heart, soul, and mind.
Love your neighbor as yourself.
These commandments are further expanded in the Ten Commandments and detailed across the 613 to 700 mitzvot (commandments) of the Torah.
The journey of being born again marks the beginning of discipleship—a lifelong path of sanctification defined by the activation of the Commandments.
This is why it is deadly to suggest that the Law has been abolished by Grace. Those who declare and believe such things undermine the very foundation of Redemption, preventing it from fully working within them.
This is also why many who are born again find themselves stagnant in their discipleship, gradually losing their spiritual vitality. These are the individuals addressed in the warning from Revelation: I know your works; you have a name of being alive, but you are dead. Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my Elohim. Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you..Revelation 3:1
The Commandments were given precisely to counterbalance the weight of the knowledge of evil and to continually guide humanity toward what is good. Because indeed, since Adam, the knowledge of GOOD is simply the knowledge of the Laws of Elohim
From this moment, the main responsibility is not only to make disciples but, above all, to ensure the continuous process of sanctification. This process, grounded in obedience and faith, enables Ruach HaKodesh to build within us the spiritual Temple, making us vessels of Yahuwah’s presence.
This personal spiritual development requires a deep and ever-growing knowledge of the Messiah. By pursuing this knowledge, we become—and remain—wise virgins, prepared for the Bridegroom’s return.
It is not enough to simply begin this journey. The calling is to endure and remain steadfast until Yahushua, the Bridegroom, returns to take us to Himself. This enduring faithfulness is what it means to be born again—not as a singular event but as a dynamic, ongoing process of transformation and renewal through the Spirit.
We are frequently contacted by believers who ask us a variety of questions about the Commandments, including, and increasingly, about the validity of the “kashrut” laws found in the Old Testament.
Do the food prohibitions, especially those regarding meats as stated in the Torah, still apply to us today under the New Covenant? Do Yeshua and Paul truly release us from the old laws?
Regarding the prohibition of eating meat from dead or stoned animals, as well as the commandment to “not cook a kid in its mother’s milk,” several articles and videos have already been published on our site: Defense of the animals, Do not eat torn animal, Do not eat the meat of the stoned animal. Here, we will focus on the topic of meats that are prohibited regardless of how the animal was slaughtered. This includes non-ruminant animals without cloven hooves, fish without scales or fins, reptiles, insects, and other creatures considered unclean. We will also briefly touch on the reasons behind the prohibition of certain fats and their spiritual significance within the Body of the Messiah.
If these questions concern you, this teaching is designed to provide clarity.
But before diving into the laws and regulations, the central question—our first answer—is this:
What about your Covenant with Yeshua?
Is the Spirit of the Messiah actively dwelling and working within you? Are you living under the guidance of Ruach HaKodesh, and do the fruits of the Spirit manifest in your life?
The teaching and interpretation of the law are directed solely at those who are in covenant with the Messiah Yahushua through water immersion and who have also received the baptism of the Spirit. Only then can the law truly begin to unfold and operate within you, in alignment with the will of the Messiah. If these foundational conditions are not met, the focus of any dialogue or ministry must shift to much more fundamental issues than dietary laws or other decrees.
It is a serious error to teach the law—or anything else—to those who are unaware of the essence of the second baptism: the experience of being filled with the Holy Spirit. At best, they may have a theoretical understanding, or perhaps they once experienced the Spirit’s guidance but, for some reason, no longer do. In such cases, they might turn to the written law as a substitute, hoping to find some form of guidance or to numb the pain of spiritual disconnection.
Our teachings on the Commandments are never about prescribing what one should or should not do in specific situations. Instead, they testify to how the Living Spirit of the Messiah has fulfilled these Commandments within us. They demonstrate how the Commandments remain valid in this era of Grace and how the Messiah, through His Spirit, brings them to life and makes them work in and through us.
We share how the Commandments have become living and active within our souls and spirits, forming an integral part of our renewed nature. We always stress that the Commandments can and must be understood solely through spiritual rebirth and the transformative work of the Holy Spirit dwelling within us. The law remains valid and essential, yet it is no longer the priority.
Observing and fulfilling the Law is not a prerequisite for receiving the Spirit of Yahushua; rather, it is a natural outcome of His presence in us. It is no longer we who obey the Law through our own efforts, but Ruach HaKodesh who fulfills it in and through us. As the Spirit works within us, the Commandments begin to manifest naturally, and we gradually become aware of their significance as they take root in our hearts.Only then does the knowledge of the Commandments become truly compelling and meaningful. Our curiosity about them should deepen as we grow in spiritual maturity, allowing them to unfold fully within us.
Discipleship is a journey with specific, unavoidable steps that must be taken in the proper order and not skipped or reversed. Paul himself urges the apostles not to overburden new disciples with teachings or practices beyond their capacity to bear. As older, more mature believers, we must exercise discernment in what we share and ensure that our teachings align with the spiritual maturity of our audience.
Just as a kindergarten child is not immediately taught to read, write, or solve arithmetic problems, a newly baptized believer does not need to dive into the deeper teachings of Moses. At least not immediately. For someone who has just come up from the waters of baptism, Noah’s example is sufficient as they navigate their own “post-flood” renewal.
In this early stage, the five basic post-flood laws—which Paul frequently references—are more than enough. These universal principles include abstaining from blood, avoiding meat from strangled animals, refraining from idolatry, resisting blasphemy, maintaining sexual purity, and avoiding murder. These foundational rules provide a clear and manageable starting point for new believers as they begin their walk of faith.
Moses is a heavier spiritual food, while the child requires milk!
In doing so, Paul did not cancel or withdraw the decrees of Moses, but rather put them back to their proper place. While he does not elaborate extensively, it is evident that he views the Mosaic laws as important and fully valid in Christ, to the extent that they are connected to the spiritual maturity of the disciple. It cannot be emphasized enough: no one came to abolish the Commandments, not even Paul, despite the attempts of many Christians to convince themselves and the whole world of the opposite.
We must clarify from the start that, as surprising as it may sound, our goal is not to lead you back to the original Commandments, Feasts, and the original Names – in other words, to the roots given to the Jews, from which most Jews themselves have long since deviated to a very significant extent!
NO! Our primary goal is to make you born again! And if you already are, then fill yourself with the Holy Spirit! And if that has already happened, then allow Ruach HaKodesh to work His fruits and gifts in and through you!
Our goal is to help each person move forward from where they’ve been stuck, often for years. And it is by working in this way that we, too, continue to progress on our own narrow path of discipleship.
Once the goal has been achieved, let Ruach HaKodesh work in you at its own pace and will, so that you receive all the spiritual gifts and weapons that have been promised to us. Only then can we say that everything I’ve just mentioned becomes an integral and inseparable part of the process of sanctification: the continuous and progressive restoration of the original Commandments, Feasts, and Names in our minds and hearts. When we reach the point of feeling an inner need to obey them—with joy and good humor, not out of fear, obligation, conformity, or tradition, and certainly not to earn any reward—then, having already earned the promise of the Crown of Life, EVERYTHING has already been given to us.
We must reject any discussions regarding the commandments or the Scriptures with those who clearly do not seek obedience or spiritual growth, but rather seek to justify themselves by their actions or by their knowledge of the laws and decrees. Furthermore, it is utterly pointless to engage with those who reject or attempt to explain away—using the Word of Elohim as support—why the Holy Spirit and His gifts do not work in them. (They often cite Paul’s words, where he says that the Spirit gives specific gifts to certain people and not to others, etc. However, in the book of Acts, we see that all disciples received certain basic gifts from the outset, without exception, such as the gift of tongues—let’s say personal tongues, since there are indeed several types of tongues, and Paul did assuredly not refer tho this specific and basic one).
Those who do not primarily aspire to the way of life lived by the first disciples in the Acts of the Apostles clearly demonstrate that they are not being guided by the Holy Spirit from within, but rather by the religious spirit of the Pharisees and scribes—the demon of theology, so to speak. We do not wish to teach or discuss the Law of the Torah with such individuals, as we do not want to contribute further to their spiritual downfall. Therefore, I invite anyone who listens to us or reads our teachings merely for the purpose of acquiring knowledge, rather than with the intent of sealing their Covenant with Yeshua, filling themselves with His Spirit, and seeking spiritual renewal, to immediately seek another ministry and burden them with their futile questions. For everything such individuals would learn from me would remain in their minds and never reach their hearts, only worsening their situation for the day of judgment. Just as King Saul valued sacrificial animals more than obedience to Yahuwah, those who today place more value on observing and studying the Law than on being Born Again and filled with the Holy Spirit will, sooner or later, lose their kingship—that is, their opportunity to receive the Crown of Life.
I am sorry to have to begin our study with such an unfriendly tone, but
when dealing with those who are fanatical about the dry letter of the law, we’d better speak in such a firm and crude manner.
Indeed, our ministry is primarily focused on two very different directions. We deliver two completely opposite messages to two distinct types of believers and Christians. This is why, just as Paul is often accused of being contradictory, we too face similar accusations. Like him, we must convey messages to people at very different spiritual stages. Both sides hear both types of messages, but not all of our messages are intended for everyone. Our warnings, while sometimes seeming quite different, do not contradict each other but rather complement one another. When we find ourselves in the middle ground between two extremes, it is natural that both sides may misinterpret our words and respond in a hostile manner.
So who are these antagonistic Christians?
On the one hand, we have the heirs of what is usually called: Pentecostal Revivals. To them, it is not necessary to explain or discuss the importance and nature of the work of the Holy Spirit. The born again brothers and sisters that we meet on our journey come mainly from their ranks. Here people can be born again, but those who despite the deficiencies in the teachings and the mode of operation, nevertheless reach a certain spiritual maturity in these environments are much rarer. In these circles, the main problems are the following: The human and spiritual constraint of the operation of the Holy Spirit, the version that turns into madness, in a word: THE FALSE CHARISMATIC (which discourages the other party – which I will mention shortly – from allowing Ruach HaKodesh to act in them, because they are afraid of the counterfeit that they have seen here and which they do not want and reject it). Among these Pentecostals, the rejection and abandonment of the law is an integral part of their teachings and constitutes the pillar of their faith.
The other camp is made up of the rest of the believing masses. There are the followers of the traditional churches, but also those who have returned to the Old Testament, to the law and sometimes even to the original names, but who refuse to accept the functioning of Ruach HaKodesh which is the same today as it was then in the time of the first disciples. As I just described the problem, the reject the Holy Spirit often out of fear of what they saw in the opposing camp (those mentioned above) and reject the original forms of its functioning by justifying themselves by the words of Paul, which they interpret as they please and to their own loss.
The core message directed at both the first and second groups can be encapsulated in a single sentence with two distinct parts:
The Holy Spirit can only operate effectively and sustainably in alignment with the Law, while the Law can only be fulfilled through the active work of Ruach HaKodesh.
Where I perceive a false or forced understanding of the Holy Spirit, it becomes essential to strip away human distortions and refocus on the restoration of the Law. It must be conveyed that Yeshua is the Word made flesh—the Law made flesh. Therefore, His Spirit can only operate in accordance with the Two Fundamental Laws of Love: love for Elohim and love for our neighbor. These are further expanded upon by the Ten Commandments, which in turn are detailed in the 613 to 700 mitzvot, offering practical guidance on how to express love toward Elohim and others. It is crucial to understand that as long as someone rejects the Law, the Holy Spirit cannot fully manifest or work within them. Over time, if such rejection persists, the Spirit may cease its work, wait, and eventually withdraw entirely as the individual’s rebellion becomes increasingly deliberate. Let us not grieve the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 4:30 When we practice this kind of ministry, we are often labeled legalists and Pharisees.
When Christians focus solely on applying the Law through human effort—seeking perfection through works or out of fear of the Eternal, much like the approach of Muslims—we must make them envious through the testimony of our lives. We should demonstrate how Ruach HaKodesh works in and through us, revealing His power through speaking in tongues, prophecy, healings, deliverances, and all the fruits of the Spirit described in Galatians 5: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. They, on their part, often label us as false charismatics who collaborate with demonic forces. They could also easily claim that we practice these things by the power of Beelzebub—just as our Master was accused by their spiritual forebears and leaders– the pharisees of those times.
In any case, everyone can decide for themselves what they are lacking and which side they are on!
Naturally, there is also a third group, a third audience that listens – and remains silent – and does not belong to any of the aforementioned camps. These are none other than the traditional Jews themselves.
After this brief reminder – this little introduction or warning – if you consider your Covenant to be firmly established and the Spirit of the Messiah to be the guiding force in your life, then let us now discuss how the laws of kashrut apply to us, born-again disciples, and how they should operate in the visible world within the Body of the Messiah.
Forbidden foods
Pork, ostrich, rabbit, fish without scales, shellfish, reptiles, and other creatures that are considered unclean are not outright forbidden, but I would say they are definitely worth avoiding. As we know, Yeshua did not come to abolish the law or the prophets but to fulfill them. Before diving into the study of specific commandments, it’s essential to understand that the dietary laws still hold relevance. We are called to honor them insofar as they do not harm our neighbor or ourselves.
What do I mean by this? I can harm others if, for example, I am invited into their home because they are thirsty for the Word of Elohim, seeking the Gospel, healing, or spiritual renewal, and they serve me a roast pig as the main course. They may have prepared this meal with love and hospitality, with the purest intentions of their heart. It might not have even crossed their mind that I avoid eating such meats. Since they do not yet have the Spirit of the Messiah within them—who would eventually address this matter in its proper time—this habit of eating such food is perfectly natural for them.
In such a case, if I refuse their hospitality, my hosts could see it as an insult, or at the very least feel saddened. Worse still, I might inadvertently create a sense of guilt in them, which could either turn them off from the entire gospel message or push them toward becoming mere religious legalists rather than born-again disciples. By doing so, I would destroy the potential effectiveness of my ministry, showing that food restrictions are more important than the Good News Yeshua came to proclaim. In a situation like this, I would temporarily set aside my good biblical habits. Even if I am not a fan of the food in question, I would make an effort to eat it—not for diplomatic reasons, but out of charity. Because indeed,
the Law of Life always prevails over all other commandments
In such extreme situations, preserving life takes precedence over any dietary restrictions. The Torah itself emphasizes the sanctity of life above all else, which is why Jewish rabbis during the Holocaust permitted people to eat anything necessary to survive—be it pork, mice, or rats. The priority was to ensure that individuals and their loved ones could sustain their lives, even if it meant setting aside dietary laws temporarily.
It is important to clarify that this discussion pertains to the laws of kashrut as they are presented in the Torah—the original Commandments given by Elohim through Moses. These laws are distinct from the additional regulations found in rabbinical texts such as the Talmuds, Mishnahs, or Shulchan Aruch. These later writings often impose human interpretations that distort or add to the original intent of the Commandments, lengthening them unnecessarily and thereby corrupting their essence.
For further exploration of these topics, I recommend referring to my teachings: Defense of the animals and Judaism: The Lifebuoyor a Deadly Poison? These delve deeper into the original laws versus their later human distortions, shedding light on how we can honor Elohim’s commandments without falling into the traps of man-made traditions.
However, regarding the harm that legalism can cause, there is another scenario, opposite to the earlier example, which is much less common but that I personally witnessed not long ago. In this case, servants who were clearly born again and filled with the Holy Spirit, but who had not yet accepted the validity of the Commandments, welcomed a woman seeking baptism. This woman had a religious history that included time spent in strongly legalistic pseudo-Christian and pseudo-messianic sects, where abstinence from certain foods was rigidly enforced under threat of exclusion.
She was visibly in need of deliverance, as the spirit of religiosity held her firmly captive. Unfortunately, it never crossed the minds of these born-again—but clearly immature, if not outright foolish—servants that celebrating and sealing this woman’s baptism and Covenant with the Messiah by eating a good pork stew might not be the wisest or most sensitive choice. Yet, that was exactly what they had decided to prepare for her, having already purchased the ingredients for the occasion.
And unfortunately, what should not have happened, naturally did. When the woman politely declined their “delicious” meal—without leaving immediately—these so-called “servants,” instead of recognizing their mistake, had the audacity to tell her that there would be no other food available, whether she liked it or not. They even went as far as accusing her of being a Pharisee, a legalist, and demon-possessed. Unsurprisingly, the woman left shortly afterward. As a result, her Covenant with Yeshua was not sealed—at least, not at that time.
This woman was indeed under demonic influence (at least one), but instead of casting it out, these individuals chose to focus on their little barbecue. They roasted the pig, not the demon. By doing so, they employed the same tool of terror that her former legalistic pastors had used to keep her bound—but in its anti-legalistic form. They essentially exposed her to the opposite extreme of what she had been trying to escape. Who knows what became of her after that? Without her contact information, we were unable to follow up, continue the work, or guide her along the narrow path.
As for these so-called “servants,” we have no further knowledge of them, as we naturally cut ties with them after they rejected our ministry, dismissed our warnings, and refused to accept correction for their actions. Sadly, it appears they have continued in their misguided religious ways, spreading confusion and harm wherever they go. This excessive foolishness also raises the question of whether they were really born again people? I could not judge and I would not dare to do so, but what can be said is that such stubborn and obstinate “antifa” Christians (anti-Pharisees – anarchists – law-breakers) are – on the spiritual level – nothing less than vulgar murderers.
If we can speak of spiritual abortion, that’s precisely what happened here. Let’s hope the woman was eventually born again somewhere else, under better care.
I share this example to illustrate how ministries driven by human self-assumed wisdom, rather than complete submission to the Messiah and the guidance of His Spirit, can cause significant and often irreparable harm.
Now, returning to edible meats: According to the laws of the Torah, the animals permitted for consumption are:
Mammals: Four-legged, ruminant, and cloven-hoofed animals (e.g., cows, sheep, and goats). Prohibited: Pigs (which have cloven hooves but do not chew the cud) and rabbits (which chew the cud but lack cloven hooves).
Fish: Only fish with both fins and scales are permitted (e.g., carp, salmon). Prohibited: Sharks, eels, catfish, and similar species.
Birds: Permitted birds are those that are not predators or scavengers (e.g., chickens, pigeons, quails). Prohibited: Birds of prey or scavengers, such as eagles, hawks, and crows.
Insects: The only permitted insects are grasshoppers. Prohibited: All other insects, such as spiders and beetles.
Reptiles and amphibians: These are entirely prohibited without exception, including snakes, lizards, and frogs.
In summary, the selection of edible animals was primarily based on principles of purity, holiness, and separation, which shaped the daily life of the people of Israel and their relationship with Elohim. In addition to the biological problems that these animals represent, which we will develop a little further below, this regulation also aims to separate us, to sanctify us from the customs of the pagan peoples among whom we are dispersed. These ordinances are detailed especially in Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14.
Verses That Have Been Seriously Misinterpreted
The New Testament includes at least five passages that can be somewhat confusing regarding dietary laws. However, their true meaning differs significantly from the commonly accepted Christian interpretation. One of these passages contains a deliberately mistranslated phrase, seemingly with the intent to distort, dilute, and reject the Word and will of Elohim. This troubling phrase appears in several translations in Mark 7, specifically in the well-known passage about impurity from within:
1. After he had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples asked him about this parable. “Are you so dull? ”he asked. “Don’t you see that nothing that enters a person from the outside can defile them? For it doesn’t go into their heart but into their stomach, and then out of the body.” (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods clean).
The original text explains that it is the toilet itself that cleanses the body of unclean food. In other words, the digestive system and its processes, along with the act of elimination, cleanse the body—not Yeshua!
This means that if unclean food accidentally enters your stomach due to unforeseen circumstances, obligation, or constraint, it will not lead to spiritual death. The body’s organs, particularly those involved in digestion, are designed to cleanse us of toxins, serving as key components of both the digestive and immune systems.
The translator not only completely misrepresents Yeshua’s intention but also inserts Yeshua as the subject in a context where the original text clearly refers to the stomach, the digestive organs, and the toilet as performing the work of physical cleansing. This distortion shifts the focus away from the clear and practical teaching of the Savior’s words.
Cursed be such a translation!
The concept of “secret places” encompasses septic tanks as well as the most intimate and impure parts of the human body. What kind of cursed spirit could confuse such things with the Most Holy, if not Satan himself? Everyone would be wise to open their Bible right now and examine how this passage is translated. If it is rendered incorrectly, I urge you—exceptionally—to take a pen and cross out this shameful sentence entirely. Better yet, replace your Bible with an earlier, more accurately translated version. For once, I wholeheartedly authorize and even encourage you to mark up and remove this mistranslated passage from your Bible!
The next problematic passage is found in 1 Corinthians chapter 10:
2.Eat anything sold in the meat market without raising questions of conscience, for, “The earth is Yahuwah’s, and everything in it.” If an unbeliever invites you to a meal and you want to go, eat whatever is put before you without raising questions of conscience. But if someone says to you, “This has been offered in sacrifice,” then do not eat it, both for the sake of the one who told you and for the sake of conscience. 1Corinthians 10:25-28
We must remember that we are in the Greek part of the Roman Empire, specifically in Corinth, at a Greek market, a butcher shop, or even a slaughterhouse. The focus here is clearly on the issue of meat offered to idols—therefore, to demons—rather than the animal it came from. The key point is not to worry about who did what with a particular food, as this poses no harm to us. If I am in Yahushua, I have nothing to fear! Serpents can bite me, I can be given poison to drink, fire can touch my hand—none of it can harm me as long as I am serving Him in His ministry.
The origin of a given food does not matter as long as those around you understand that you are unaware of where it came from. The rejection of such meat is not about potential harm but about making a statement of faith. By refusing to consume meat sacrificed to demons, we symbolically reject any visible manifestations of foreign spirituality. This act is a declaration of faith, not a health precaution.
It is also true that it is not what goes into the mouth that makes one impure. However, this verse in no way permits ignoring the Torah’s prohibitions regarding certain meats.
3. About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds. Then a voice told him, “Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.” “Surely not, Yahuwah!” Peter replied. “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.” The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that Elohim has made clean.” This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.Acts 10:9-16
It’s important to clarify that we are discussing Greece, not, for example, modern-day China and its Wuhan market—where the virus was reportedly said to have originated according to official sources. In that market, people buy and sell animal meat so disgusting for consumption that the mere thought of eating it could make a typical person feel nauseous. While Peter’s vision might evoke images of that infamous Chinese market, that is not what this passage is about.
Like it or not, not all parts of the Bible are meant to be interpreted literally. While most biblical messages are presented literally, there are also parables that are clearly symbolic or figurative. This passage is undoubtedly one of those rare exceptions.
The context of this verse is not about what types of meat can or cannot be eaten but rather about the issue within Judaism at the time, which did not regard Gentiles in a particularly favorable way, to put it mildly. In modern terms, a form of racism had developed among the Jews due to centuries of nearly uninterrupted persecution and rejection by others. This was further exacerbated by a misunderstanding of the concept of Election (as referenced in my article titled Chosen People? Yes, but what for?).
Even the first disciples were not completely free from such attitudes, at least at first. Through this powerful and startling vision, Elohim reveals that anyone purified by the Blood of the Lamb should never again be regarded as impure.
I want to stress: it’s NOBODY, not “nothing.” We’re talking about human beings here, not food, concepts, or music, for example.
So don’t hesitate to sit at the table with them and eat what they have prepared, even if they serve you salami sandwiches.
This parable served to gain acceptance of the new Gentile disciples into the hearts of the early Jewish disciples, who were not yet completely free of their xenophobia. Furthermore, anyone who carries pagan spirits is indeed repugnant from a spiritual point of view. Thus, the analogy applies to any person or group of people infected by foreign idols, whether they are Greeks or even perverted Jews. It is up to us to pray and work so that these people will be purified in turn by the Blood of Yeshua.
4. The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which Elohim created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth. For everything Elohim created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving, because it is consecrated by the word of Elohim and prayer.1Timothy 4:1-5
Who dares to extend the foods that Elohim created and mentioned here to include all edible things in the world, ignoring the law revealed in the Torah!? The foods that Elohim created to be received with thanksgiving refer solely to those He has permitted us to consume according to His revelation in the Torah!
How could anyone believe that Paul would say something that goes against the Torah?
Consider instead which sects, churches, or heretics forbid marriage—for example, their own priests or even their “followers.” And where does the idea of no longer eating meat and becoming vegetarian come from? They claim that since Yeshua’s sacrifice, we are no longer allowed to eat meat because it can only come from sacrifices offered to Elohim. And since we are forbidden to offer sacrifices after the Crucifixion, they conclude that we must abstain from eating even the meats that the Torah otherwise permits.
Here Paul was addressing such false teachings. In their misguidance, they go far beyond mere overeating; this is only the surface of their much deeper spiritual errors. The Torah plainly states that meat may be slaughtered outside of sacrificial ceremonies: Nevertheless, you may slaughter your animals in any of your towns and eat as much of the meat as you want, as if it were gazelle or deer, according to the blessing Yahuwah your Elohim gives you. Deuteronomy 12:15
Remember what just have been read: “…to abstain from certain foods, which Elohim created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth“. He is speaking about the believers and thus what kind of truth should they know if not the Commandments that include which food to eat and which one to abstain from?
The following misconception arises in Timothy, again from the pen of Paul but in Colossians this time:
5. Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in the Messiah.Colossians 2:16-17
This is the situation I mentioned at the start of the article. Don’t scold someone who is newly born again just because they do something differently from you or differently from what the Torah teaches! If it comes from the sincerity of their childlike heart, let them do it! Otherwise, you risk discouraging them from continuing their journey as a disciple in faith. You might end up raising a rigid, indoctrinated, legalistic Pharisee who will never allow Ruach HaKodesh to guide them from within, or worse, pushing them back into the world they just left, leaving their new condition even worse than before.
Paul also conveys this idea in the following verse: 6. Accept the one whose faith is weak, without quarreling over disputable matters. One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for Elohim has accepted them. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for Yahuwah is able to make them stand. One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind. Whoever regards one day as special does so to Yahuwah. Whoever eats meat does so to Yahuwah, for they give thanks to Elohim; and whoever abstains does so to Yahuwah and gives thanks to Elohim.Romans 14:1-6
Who are those who refrain from eating certain things? Those who are weak in faith—newborns! This is not about abolishing the Commandments but about teaching them at the right times and in the right contexts. For a deeper explanation, refer to my two teachings on Paul’s relationship with the law and its apparent contradictions. Paul and the Law 1, and Paul and the Law 2
Here are some examples of verses that are often deliberately misinterpreted, misused, and cause many to stumble—just as Peter warned us about the words of his fellow servant Paul, which are frequently difficult to understand and which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction. 2 Peter 3:16
“Koshering” Yourself
If there are certain forbidden foods you love and continue to eat, and you can’t imagine living without them, place the matter on Elohim’s altar in full faith. Ask Him to remove the desire from you according to His Will. This principle applies to every aspect of life, not just food, but also to all our habits. Each person must personally identify the things in their life that could pose a potential risk of idolatry.
Here also it is important to remember that it is strongly discouraged to try to force yourself to give up anything in a human way and out of a desire to satisfy the Commandments.
Don’t force yourself to do anything until Yeshua Himself sets you free from it
The goal isn’t endless abstinence but true freedom—freedom from sin and even from the undesirable thoughts themselves, as Yeshua promised in Matthew 5:28. Once you are free, you must stand firm and resist the temptations that may linger for a while, trying to pull you back.
It’s crucial to first recognize the differences, contradictions, and incompatibilities between your current lifestyle and the will of Elohim.
And this is where the Law comes in: “I would not have known what sin was had it not been for the law.”Romans 7:7
If something feels natural to you but is forbidden by the Torah, then there’s an issue that needs attention. In such cases, take it to prayer and ask what should become of it and whether the time has come to address it. Often, we focus on something within ourselves that doesn’t function as we would like, without realizing there may be a bigger, more immediate obstacle we need to identify and overcome first. The order of addressing these issues is crucial. Satan may whisper to you to focus on food issues when you may still have unresolved problems of hatred and lack of love in your heart, in order to distract your attention from them.
If the law judges you on a specific point, repentance and deliverance work just as they did when you were first delivered from the world—from the chains that held you most captive—and became a new creation. Sanctification is a process. Over time, even the smaller, hidden details must rise to the surface to be purified by the Spirit of Yeshua, perfecting us for the Day when we are fully united with Him.
May Ruach HaKodesh give you the clarity to recognize these things and the desire to be freed from them. Then, ask that the blood of Yeshua cleanse you completely and permanently.
If you are born again, this is no longer about casting out a demon but about renewing your soul and your conscience.
May the High Priest of the order of Melchizedek, Yahushua, carry out His sacrificial ministry within our own temples—our hearts. Let us bring all our pigs, rabbits, movies, music, human relationships, and habits, and lay them on the Altar of the Heavenly Temple so that Yahushua may purge us of everything unclean or impure, removing it even from our thoughts. May everything we love that He despises become something we find repulsive as well.
Thus, we rid ourselves of the remaining impurities, becoming more and more sanctified.
This could have been the end of this article, but in what follows, I would like to talk a little more about the reasons known or supposed according to my vision of things concerning the prohibition of certain species of animals as well as their fats.
The Pork: Secrets Revealed
Many have wondered—especially when it comes to pigs—why this animal is included on the forbidden list. It’s immediately clear to most people that pigs are among the most neglected and filthy animals in the world, making it logical to avoid them.
However, in recent decades, modern science has provided even more specific insights into the dangers of consuming pork. Beyond their filthy habits and tendency to eat anything, pigs have a digestive system that is three times shorter than that of cattle. By contrast, oxen and cows are much more selective, consuming only grasses. Additionally, cattle ruminate, which means they chew their food twice before it undergoes final digestion—a process that, according to the Torah, is a key criterion for an animal to be considered pure.
Doctors and dieticians also strongly advise against consuming pork, not only because it is high in fat, which raises cholesterol levels and increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases, but also
because its toxin content is significantly higher than that of most animals
It’s that simple!
Well, if you are able to follow the advice of men: secular doctors and atheist coaches of all kinds, then how much more is it worth listening to and following the Word of our Creator, even if these may sometimes seem incomprehensible? There is no doubt that if they come from the Father, these directives serve our best well-being—even if for the moment we do not always understand their meaning. Besides, it is useless to always want to know everything about everything. Do we not have enough confidence in the fact that
the Creator is best placed in the world to decide what is beneficial or not for His own creature?
Do we not have enough faith, and especially wisdom, to recognize that if certain foods were not recommended for the Jews of antiquity, this likely still applies to us today? Or do we imagine ourselves to be healthier and more resilient than those “poor souls” of antiquity, just as we often—mistakenly—regard ourselves as intellectually and cerebrally superior to them, when the reality is quite the opposite? What image do we have of the Almighty? Would Elohim change His mind constantly, swayed by moods or weather? Who do we take Him for, once again? Yes indeed, we have the promise of being spared from snake bites and scorpion stings, but woe to those who dare to tempt Yahuwah or abuse the powers granted by the Father, just as Satan tried to tempt Yeshua in the desert.
Our earthly fathers and mothers would never have given us snakes or stones when we asked for bread, would they? If they, as humans, desired only what was good for us, how much more should we honor the Word of our Heavenly Father, ensuring that everything goes well for us while we are bound to our earthly bodies of flesh?
So, we do not always need to know everything about everything!
Have we not had enough time since then to reflect on the consequences of the sin committed by Eve and Adam? They, too, did not need to know what lay hidden behind the concept of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. And yet today, while humanity should fully understand the deep meaning of this mystery—having fallen into this sin—almost no one, not even many disciples, truly grasps its significance. I delve into what this famous Tree of Knowledge truly represented in my article: The Gospel Decrypted: Discover the Deeper Message of Salvation and Redemption
Our duty today, as it should have been for them at the time, is not to ask too many unnecessary questions but to obey unconditionally, even when everything within us resists. Like a soldier in an army or a child before his father.
Personally, I even believe that a potential reason for the prohibition on eating pork could be the cognitive abilities of the animal itself. Many people may not realize this, but alongside monkeys, donkeys, dogs, dolphins, and rats, pigs are among the most intelligent animals in the world. Perhaps this sets them apart—this time in a positive way—from other animals, and as a mark of respect for their abilities, Elohim asks us to spare them.
Pigs have been used for various purposes, such as guarding homes, assisting with mushroom picking—particularly truffles in forests—and even acting as scouts to detect swamps when people needed to flee from enemies. Why would we eat such a remarkably useful animal? Just like we don’t eat our dogs, although there are exceptions, as I mentioned earlier.
As I mentioned at the beginning, if there is no other option—if you find yourself in a critical situation financially or otherwise—do not be foolish. Eat what is available or what is more affordable on the supermarket shelves, even if it contains pork! And of course, pray that your financial situation is restored so that you don’t have to knowingly break the law for too long.
The main thing is to act according to the teaching and guidance of your Master. First, ensure that He is present and active within you. Is the Holy Spirit expressing Himself visibly and audibly through you, for example, through speaking in tongues or prophecy? Only then should you ask Him—above all Him—what, when, and how to do or not to do.
We could also consider the reasons for banning ostrich meat—one of my favorite meats as a child. It’s completely free of fat or cholesterol and, in many ways, seems like one of the healthiest options. Its prohibition may seem unnecessary at first glance. However, perhaps the ostrich’s size, strength, and speed make it unsuitable for domestication and captivity. Could it be that it is harder to manage and coexist with compared to smaller animals?
Keeping ostriches confined on a farm with other animals could lead to unforeseen problems. They might attack smaller animals or even eat chicken eggs. Due to their physical characteristics, ostriches likely tolerate captivity far less well. Other animals, such as goats, sheep, and cows, benefit from human protection and the care of sheepdogs, which safeguard them against predators. For these animals, enclosures provide security and ensure consistent grazing without the need to fend for themselves or manage migration, tasks they lack the cognitive and physical abilities to handle.
In contrast, ostriches likely suffer much more under human captivity, as their size and agility make them unsuited for limited living spaces. For animals that are faster, more agile, or capable of flight, captivity can be a form of cruelty. Domestic life disrupts their biological and psychological balance because it denies them the freedom and space they require to thrive according to the purpose for which they were created.
Elohim, who loves all His creatures, also cares about ensuring that animals have the best possible living conditions.
This is undoubtedly also the reasoning behind the ban on eating rabbit. Rabbits, regardless of breed, are generally very agile creatures capable of running at incredible speeds. Depriving them of this ability through captivity simply makes them unhappy, and over time, the animal becomes sick and depressed. Even though humans have since developed heavier, less agile breeds specifically for convenience and profitability, the principle remains the same.
We must never forget that animals have a very limited capacity to communicate with us. Most lack facial expressions that the human eye and brain can perceive and interpret. When an animal suffers or is unhappy under the care of its master, who will speak up for it? Who will make its distress known?
Elohim Himself does this by warning us well in advance through His laws of prohibition!
Caging certain animals, especially those capable of flying or running long distances, is inherently an act of cruelty. Even modern humans, who increasingly find comfort in inertia—sitting in armchairs or lying in bed watching TV or browsing the Internet—struggle with the thought of imprisonment or forced confinement.
How much greater must the suffering be for a creature that has no inclination or desire for laziness and idleness? For an animal whose physical abilities and instinctive need for movement far surpass even the most active and athletic humans, confinement is a profound and unjust hardship.
Let’s not forget what I discuss in another article: when an animal suffers or senses impending death, it produces stress hormones filled with bitterness, which spread rapidly throughout its body via the bloodstream. This process affects not only its meat but even its milk.
It is therefore essential to slaughter edible animals in a way that they remain unaware of what is happening and experience minimal pain. Techniques such as using razor-sharp blades to reduce stress and approaching the animal from behind can help achieve this. By the time the animal becomes aware of its death, the stress hormones produced in the brain no longer reach the edible parts of its body, as they flow out with the blood through the severed arteries.
This approach benefits everyone: the animal avoids unnecessary suffering, and the human consumer receives high-quality meat. Today, this humane slaughtering method is practiced almost exclusively by Orthodox Jews and Muslims. In this regard, we could take inspiration from both.
However, the nature of the animal in question could also be a reason for its prohibition.
As the popular saying goes: “You are what you eat.” Elohim does not want mankind to take on the characteristics of pigs, rabbits, ostriches, invertebrates, or other creeping vermin. Humanity is already inclined toward such behavior, so there is no point in making the situation worse. This is precisely one of the main objectives of the Redemptive Work: to reshape the fallen and deformed man, led astray by the serpent, so that he may once again be reformed in the image of Elohim, as he was in the beginning.
In the case of reptiles and vermin, the reason is clear, and people instinctively understand that these creatures must be avoided. Most of us feel repulsed at the mere thought of chewing and swallowing such beings. Let us never forget that the fundamental laws are imprinted on the heart of every human being!
What is one of the main characteristics of the rabbit? It is among the animals with the highest libido and sexual activity of all living beings. It is no coincidence that the rabbit is one of the primary symbols of pagan Easter, which is essentially a celebration of fertility.
So, eating rabbit? Does anyone really need to add fuel to the fire, especially men? And take a look for yourselves: which countries are the largest consumers of rabbit meat? Italy and France. I think that says it all! 🙂
As for fish, it has been discovered that scales serve as a detoxification organ. This explains why eating fish without scales is inadvisable, as their toxicity levels are significantly higher than those of unscaled fish.
Concerning invertebrates, humans are wise to avoid them because their influence extends not only to the physical but also to the spiritual and psychological levels. Consuming invertebrates amplifies the phenomenon of a humanity increasingly lacking a backbone—in other words, devoid of moral principles and honesty. The animal that man consumes affects him profoundly, creating an inextricable bond, much like the impact of consuming blood (see also my article: Prohibition of Consuming Blood).
Edible animals, such as lambs, calves, sheep, and cows, exhibit behavior that is consistently peaceful and obedient to their masters. Eating these animals fosters in us the same instinct of submission to our Father.
In contrast, inedible animals are nocturnal, crawl, consume soil, hunt, and wallow in filth. In short, they embody the pagan behaviors and customs of rebellion, anarchy, and witchcraft.
All the Predators are strictly forbidden, and scavengers even more so! No one should consume meat from an animal killed by another or from rotting flesh. This principle is straightforward and easily understood. Hunting should not become a habit. Although the consumption of deer is not prohibited, it is only practiced in situations of absolute necessity, such as during temporary migrations in a nomadic state. Under normal circumstances, the Jewish people are rooted in the land, leading a sedentary life where they work, care for animals and plants, and avoid killing for sport or “pleasure.” Let us never benefit from what we have not worked for ourselves. Do not eat the carcass of an animal you find on the road, as it likely belongs to someone else from whom it escaped before dying where you discovered it. We should not take advantage of the misfortunes or losses of others. Additionally, rotting meat is inherently toxic—yet another reason to avoid it entirely.
The Question of Fat
The prohibitions regarding animal fats are also worth examining. The Torah forbids the consumption of fat from four-legged animals, with the exception of the fats of bipedal poultry, which are permitted. Fats contribute to excess cholesterol and, consequently, to obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes. In the warm climate of the Holy Land, the consumption of fats was especially unnecessary, as mild winters required little need for protection from the cold. Fat also serves as the final layer through which toxins are expelled during perspiration, meaning it contains a higher concentration of toxins. Furthermore, most toxins are fat-soluble rather than water-soluble, so an increased fat presence in the body raises the amount of poison within it.
Physical obesity often reflects a deeper emotional struggle, such as a lack of love or rejection experienced by the individual. People frequently turn to fattening foods (like chocolate) as a form of self-reward, leading to weight gain. The modern food industry bears significant responsibility for the rise in obesity, producing harmful products through chemical processes and flooding humanity’s diets with them. Tragically, even today’s disciples are not immune to this issue.
However, obesity often signals a state of spiritual illness in the affected person, particularly believers. Its root causes are frequently linked to inclinations toward the following sins:
Being overweight is, quite literally and proportionally, the consequence and visible manifestation of spiritual attachment to money and earthly pleasures. Let’s not try to embellish it: this is a reality that is evident to most of us. Any secular doctor or psychologist would likely arrive at a similar diagnosis, even without reference to faith or the Bible. However, their version would be more diplomatic, flattering, and humanistic—focused on minimizing personal responsibility and avoiding conflict with the person suffering from it.
The natural and increasingly evident consequence within the body of the Messiah is the growing number of obese and pot-bellied Christian pastors and teachers. Their outward appearance often gives the impression that the buttons on their expensive shirts or jackets—sometimes costing hundreds of euros—are on the verge of bursting under the strain of their stretched fabric. This physical state reflects precisely what they are internally: gluttons, both in their stomachs and in their hearts, whose primary motivation is the pursuit of money and power.
It is no coincidence that they are referred to as “ministers,” a term that should signify servanthood. Tragically, this word—like many others—has long been corrupted by the enemy. These so-called ministers (or servants of God, as they are often called) bear a much closer resemblance to their worldly counterparts, who thrive on corruption at the expense of the people—frequently widows and orphans—than to true ministers who serve according to the Spirit of the Messiah and for the benefit of others.
It is entirely abnormal for disciples, and especially servants of Elohim, to literally resemble fattened pigs
Their counterfeit ministries, along with the small networks and other churches they lead—which are nothing more than vulgar imitations and mockeries of the true Church—resemble the societal structure depicted in George Orwell’s novel Animal Farm, where the ruling class is symbolized by bloated pigs. This stands in stark contrast to the original model of the Body of the Messiah, which grew not in pride or kilograms, but in the number of new disciples each day. These disciples quickly matured and became teachers and ministers themselves.
The authentic model and its account are not found in Orwellian literature but in the Bible, specifically in the Book of Acts.
Anyone who imagines themselves to be an apostle should try to picture what Paul must have looked like after enduring constant persecution, living on the run, facing regular imprisonments, recurring stonings, repeated beatings with rods, and ongoing experiences of deprivation and famine.
Anyone considering themselves a prophet should pray for their spiritual eyes to finally open, truly and fully, so they might at least begin to imagine what John must have looked like in the depths of his prison cell on the island of Patmos. Or what the other John or Elijah might have looked like, each living in the wilderness, clothed in animal skins—kosher ones, of course—and subsisting almost exclusively on locusts and crickets.
And those who claim to be teachers should first quite literally take the form of our Master, who did not preach from the height of a pulpit dressed in designer clothes with expensive, gleaming watches strapped to His wrists. Instead, He traveled across the regions of the Holy Land and had nowhere to lay His head.
To summarize the question of the kashrut
Do not ask ME what YOU can or cannot eat!
On a human level, I should feel very honored that you consider me a credible spiritual authority by turning to me for advice. Unfortunately, more often than not, entirely different feelings arise in me when I am asked this type of question.
I am not anyone’s rabbi, just as no one else can be!
No man — and even less a woman — should be called such, as Yeshua commands us in Matthew 23:8. He is the only Rabbi, and at most, we can only be brothers among ourselves.
I can advise and teach you for a certain time, as I often repeat in my teachings, but like everyone else without exception, I have only one essential task as a disciple: to guide you to the Rabbi, Yahushua. The goal is for you to be born again, freed from evil spirits, and filled with the one good Spirit, the Spirit of Messiah Yahushua: Ruah HaKodesh—the Judge who, after a short time, is the only one with the authority to continue guiding and teaching you from within through the law He applies in us until He returns to take us.
Unfortunately, today, in most cases, we encounter only two types of servants who mislead the masses they claim to lead. The first type seizes the roles belonging to the Messiah, dictating the law externally like a master to his dog, deceiving themselves and others by pretending to be a rabbi, pastor, apostle, teacher, prophet, or any other grandiose title. These are the small sects and legalistic, Pharisaic communities that are springing up like mushrooms nowadays in reaction to… The second type of christian spiritual leaders, who hides behind similar titles and are lying to you, claiming that the law is no longer valid and that you no longer need to concern yourself with it, saying it belongs only to the Old Testament and applies only to Jews. Meanwhile, this type of minister exerts spiritual control over their flock, imposing other laws—more, fewer, or partially derived from the Bible—based on the theology of the given company, or so-called church, in question. This includes, among others, the Pentecostal and hyper-charismatic churches and communities I have often mentioned in my teachings.
Because indeed,
It is not the law that should primarily concern you but Ruah HaKodesh
Humbly allow Him to fill you a little more each day, at His own pace and according to His will, so that He Himself ensures the law is upheld within your mind, heart, and innermost being. Ruah HaKodesh is the Living Law itself, the very Oil with which the lamps of the wise virgins must be filled.
Instead of asking me—or even yourself—questions like: “Should I eat pork or not?” “How should I celebrate this or that holiday?” “Can I drink certain beverages, including alcoholic ones?” “How far can one go in the realm of eroticism?”
I believe most of us should instead ask: “What is still preventing the Holy Spirit from working fully within me?, Am I truly filled with Ruah HaKodesh, and if so, where do I stand in terms of further sanctification?”
Do you desire to receive true spiritual gifts—the ones that operate biblically? Are you finally disgusted by the fear instilled by the spirit of religiosity, which has discouraged you from seeking true charismatism because of all the false manifestations you’ve seenin fake Pentecostal circuses cultivated by Satan to deprive you and those attending these of what is real? Aren’t you tired of using the Bible to explain away your spiritual emptiness and incomplete state, clinging to so-called biblical reasons while continuing to fear what you should have long aspired to?
The day you overcome your fears and seek out authentic brothers and sisters in the faith—those who are born again—and begin to speak in true tongues rather than the endless childish mantras like “bah bah bah” or “kas kas kas,” when you genuinely desire to receive the spiritual gifts and weapons as described and demonstrated in the Book of Acts, then after some time, you will rightly ask your elder brothers and sisters how they approach questions of eating and drinking, celebrating festivals, or even the boundaries and ways of intimacy with our spouses within marriage.
At that point, you will no longer hear commandments from the outside, nor will you strive to obey them through human effort. Instead, you will hear the echo of Elohim’s Word already alive within you, confirming what Ruach HaKodesh, the Spirit of Yahushua, has already implanted in your heart.
In contemporary Christian circles, there is a growing trend of emerging teachings that question the doctrine of the Holy Trinity. First and foremost, it’s crucial to recognize that their main argument – that the term “Holy Trinity” does not appear in the Holy Scriptures and was deliberately formulated this way within the Roman Church – are entirely accurate and valid. This concept does not find any expression within the Bible in any form.
There is no doubt that there exists some underlying confusion, which necessitates a reevaluation of the concept of the Holy Trinity because…
It presents a deity made up of three distinct individuals, even though it’s not three individuals but rather one: Yahuwah Echad, who reveals Himself in three distinct ways. We have a singular Elohim who manifests Himself and reveals His nature through three separate modes, each fulfilling distinct roles.
Tripling the concept of Elohim presents a major obstacle for Judaism (and Islam) in recognizing Yahushua as the Messiah. To them, it seems inconceivable that the One they have traditionally described as Echad, signifying One, would now be referred to as shalosh, indicating three.
There have never been three distinct individuals, but rather One who embodies three primary characteristics, roles, forms of manifestation, qualities, and so on!
The plural structure of the Hebrew term ELOHIM similarly conveys this triple role rather than indicating three distinct individuals.
One of the most persuasive analogies often used within Christianity to clarify this concept is that of water. Just as water exists in three distinct physical states governed by natural laws: Gas (steam), Solid (ice), and Liquid, while remaining fundamentally water, Elohim also shares similar characteristics. This analogy perhaps best encapsulates the essence of the Eternal and helps individuals come closer to comprehending it.
For those who find the earlier comparison insufficient and are still not scandalized by the example I previously provided (the 3-in-1 Jacob’s coffee cups), consider this: when sipping such coffee, even though the components blend in the cup, we still distinctly sense all three aspects simultaneously. The combined presence of these elements enhances the flavor. It’s indivisible yet perceptible as separate components, and if any element is missing, the taste loses its fullness.
Although someone may prefer coffee without sugar and/or milk, such preferences do not affect the judgment of people.
However, for salvation, all three components of Elohim must function harmoniously within our lives.
The same way, if we concentrate exclusively on the Redeemer’s nature, we can identify further divisions within Him, as the Messiah himself embodies a form of “holy duality.” Yahushua, in his role as the benevolent high priest, has distinct roles and responsibilities that differ from the reigning Messiah, who is destined to return as a consecrated King to administer judgment upon the world.
Many individuals struggle to comprehend the extraordinary nature of Elohim, as apparent contradictions on this matter surface in the Bible. These contradictions encompass statements made by Yahushua Himself, such as:
“… the Father is greater than me … He sits on the right side of the Father … and talks with the Father …”
Certainly, these statements do exist, but they do not change the fact that He remains one with the Father. People often converse with themselves, not solely due to senility. To be seated at the right hand of the Father signifies being The very Right Hand of Elohim. He embodies the Hand that creates and acts. He is not a separate body, person, or entity.
When He descends among us in human form, He does not cease to exist in the spiritual realm – in the Kingdom of Elohim – as the Father, as Yahuwah. Instead, He humbles Himself (as described in Philippians 2:5-11) and manifests in the world through two distinct forms: one is spiritual and ubiquitous, while the other is physical, emerging in the Holy Land around 2000 years ago, until He eventually returned to His original and ultimate place. Also see Hebrew 2:9 – …Yeshua, who was made lower than the angels for a little while…
The prophet Zechariah specifically brings us a story from the Spiritual World, depicting the Anointed King who rebukes the adversary for blaspheming Yahushua the High Priest. In this account as well, we observe that the Angel of Elohim (the Messiah – Christ) is to some degree distinct from who He was in the flesh, when He walked among us as Yeshua, the Lamb of Elohim. This Yeshua who became Yahushua and who now exists in the Kingdom of Elohim, continuing His ministry toward humanity in a special role as the High Priest of the order ofMelchizedek. Additionally, He is poised to return as the Anointed Messiah, to unite with His Bride and bring about the downfall of those who failed to acknowledge Him as the Savior.
Holy Trinity as the three stages of Salvation
We, as beings with minds capable of comprehending only three or at most four dimensions, cannot grasp these concepts unless Ruach HaKodesh reveals them in spirit to some of us.
What remains undeniable is that to attain Salvation, every individual must undergo three phases:
We must recognize the Son so that our sins can be forgiven
Thus our relationship with the Father is restored through the Blood of the Lamb
Then through the Covenant of water and fire we are finally filled with Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit)
These three steps follow one another, and none of them can be omitted from the sequence. It’s not sufficient to merely recognize the Messiah in Yahushua; we must also obey Him and establish a covenant with Him in the visible world through water immersion, and then by being filled with His Spirit.
And It doesn’t end here; this is only the beginning, as Ruach HaKodesh starts constructing the Temple within us through our sanctification, which involves the Law and, in a broader sense, the Word of Elohim being inscribed in our hearts.
This Trinity is holy and inevitable. Hence, in this context, we can genuinely refer to the Holy Trinity, because all three aspects of Yahuwah must be active in us for us to be redeemed, which means having our names written in the Book of Life. This triple stamp on our lives could also be called Holy Trinity.
Any theories and theologies that attempt to multiply the One Elohim through the concept of the Holy Trinity are indeed false teachings.
Our human perception
The Trinity of Elohim is a mystery that many people spend too much time pondering. When we excessively delve into a topic that is challenging for our human senses to grasp, it can lead to many incorrect and misguided conclusions.
In my childhood, there was a cartoon featuring an extraterrestrial being who was brought to Earth by an astronaut upon his return from a space voyage. This alien came from a planet inhabited solely by two-dimensional life forms. It could hear people’s voices and communicate with them, but it could only perceive its own two-dimensional space with its other senses, including its eyes. The main human character often attempted to explain to the alien what the three- or four-dimensional world was like, but the foreign guest was unable to comprehend it.
We – humans – are very similar to this little alien when facing the realm of the Kingdom of Heavens.
Satan’s desire is to incite in humans the compulsion to the extent that they won’t rest until they have meticulously and exhaustively defined and understood the entirety of Elohim.
Humans often experience an innate urge to grasp and comprehend the precise essence of Elohim, fearing that without such understanding, their very salvation could be imperiled.
However, we must not give credence to these deceitful whispers that arise within us. We need to calm down and recognize that our capacities are limited by our human nature. Elohim does not expect us to possess such a high level of spiritual understanding and insight into the minutest details of His Kingdom and Himself. What He genuinely desires from you is to
accept the spiritual vision that He had personally set aside and sanctified for you, and for no one else.
So the initial step for all of us is to undergo this Triple Salvation process mentioned above, which you must traverse with childlike faith and unconditional love. Following that, there comes our obedience, as we serve the Messiah in accordance with the guidance of the Ruach HaKodesh, the Spirit of Elohim who operates within us and communicates with and through us.
We don’t need to comprehend everything; instead, we should embrace what Elohim chooses to reveal to us. We need to accept certain fundamental truths and, at times, even matters that are currently shrouded in mystery. This should be done without leaving room for contentious debates, theological speculation, and other human philosophies. It’s akin to a child who is curious about how babies are conceived and born and, without receiving a more specific understanding of sexuality, has to be content with their parents’ less detailed and tangible explanation.
The issue often lies in our attempts to define, confine, and explain the Father and the Son without seeking discernment from Ruach HaKodesh. It is only by being filled with the Holy Spirit that we can progressively gain a deeper understanding of the essence of the Unity between the Father, the Son, and the Spirit as we progress along the path of sanctification.
The complete knowledge, sight, and understanding of all this will only be realized when we are transformed into glorified beings and come before the Father, Yahuwah (as stated in 1 Corinthians 15:51-52).
In the Book of Revelation, John encounters only ONE Elohim, who is portrayed as the Son of Man, donning a robe with a golden sash, having white hair, eyes like blazing fire, feet like bronze, and a voice like rushing waters. Nowhere in the text can we find a depiction of two white-haired men or an older and a younger character with a white dove in a manner reminiscent of certain Catholic imagery.
The figure below effectively complements the analogy of water in illustrating the question.
Abraham’s encounter with the three “angels” is another instance where this threefold aspect of Elohim is presented. Yahuwah, as the Light of the world, manifests to humanity on Earth, traversing the layer of water, which represents the firmament of the celestial vault
revealing the three main attributes of the Light of the World like the colors of the rainbow, which become distinct when passing through a prism.
Hence, Yahuwah manifested in the form of three “angels” as observed from Earth – and I emphasis as observed from Earth, from our human point of view. It’s noteworthy that even though Abraham, our patriarch, was facing three individuals, he addressed them in the singular, referring to Him as Yahuwah (or Lord, as per the current translation of the Bible). (also see my article on VAYERA, where I talk more about this incredible encounter).
Many engage in debates about a subject that cannot be comprehensively understood by humans. Meanwhile, we may not realize that our focus should be on fostering unity among ourselves. It’s essential to return to the pure Word and remove the human excesses that create divisions among us. Because the ennemy is already constructing his own false ecumenical unity, where all sins, excesses, and human traditions blend together, to the detriment of Elohim.
Judaism needs to rid itself of its Babylonian influences, and Christianity should shed its Roman elements to come together in unity through the blessing of Ruach HaKodesh, with all individuals being filled with the same Spirit of the Messiah. This represents the pivotal moment of gathering, where both communities finally recognize the true Messiah, Yahushua.
Let us return to the Spiritual state of the founding of the Church on Shavuot (Pentecost), to experience this Unity again, and then we will all have the right vision of the person and multifacetedness of Yahuwah.
At that point, all false idols, whether bearded and hanging on a crucifix or portrayed as Yahushua on the screen, will cease to exist. Christianity will finally be in a position to make jealous its older, yet still misled, brother, the Jew. But as long as the false image of the Messiah is presented, reducing Yeshua to the status of an idol and worshipping Him as such, spiritually healthy Jews will never recognize Him as their Messiah. This also applies to our Arab-Muslim cousins, who share a similar perspective and concept of the Most High.
To be holy according to the trinity of Elohim
So there is no Holy Trinity as three different persons, but there is One Elohim who appears to people in 3 main forms having distinct roles and missions.
Humans, who themselves are composed of three main components (body, soul, and spirit), do not act and behave uniformly in different situations and environments. A man will act as a husband with his wife, as a father whit his children, as an employee in the office and will be a son in the eyes of his parents and in the best of cases a disciple before Yahushua.
A human can also express himself and interact with others either in person, by phone, through other intermediary media, or through correspondence, yet they remain the same and singular individual.
Essentially, those who believe in the Holy Trinity are wrong, because they multiply Elohim, while the deniers of the Trinity on the other hand simply mutilate the One Elohim from its individual members, roles and diversity, which is given to us to regain Life.
In short, the problem is bigger than we think.
When he appears in the visible world, physically, that is the role of the Son. Not a separate person or creature, but Yahuwah who saves Yahushua. In that case, He is indeed smaller than the Father, as the Son used to say, since He has emptied himself in order to be able to descend and appear among us. He had to lower himself to our level, take on a human body, so that He can be touched, seen and even sacrificed.
How could anyone imagine that the entirety of Elohim could fit into a cloak of max. 5.5 feet high and 165 pound blood and bones human flesh?
But an even bigger question is how can anyone imagines that the Most High would not have the power to appear in person in such a max. 5.5 feet tall and 165 pound human cloak if He wants to, if it is needed, because of us?
As a sign of His infinite love, He even suffered humiliation and death from the hands of His unworthy creature.
When he takes human form and comes down among us to offer the Atonement Sacrifice, He does not cease to exist up there in the Kingdom of Elohim as Almighty, because then all would collapse, which is impossible. And in the case when people stop at the human form that is the Son, they carve a bearded iesus idol out of it. It is not by chance that Yahushua decided to appear to his disciples in another form following his resurrection (Mark 16:12).
He did not want them to remember him through his facial features after his Resurrection. He intended to signify that He is Spirit and did not want them to remember Him by His imperfect physical form. Indeed, from that point onwards, He returned to the right hand of the Father, effectively becoming the Right Hand of the Father Himself. He ceased to exist physically in the visible world and had transformed back into the Anointed One in Spirit.
And the One who is anointed is anointed to rule, which means to act, just as a right hand is the first to act, to create, to work, to build and also: to restore. If this latter is rejected (restoration), He is also anointed for judging and executing the rebellious ones.
Wishing all my readers to avoid these last two sentences, let Ruach HaKodesh carry out the further needed restorations in us and in the Church. The time is near, the Bridegroom is already at the door.
Huge and remarkable positive changes have been taking place in Christianity worldwide for several decades. The Reformation continues, especially in places like the American and the African continents. The name Yahuwah has been used very widely for decades in the form of Yahweh, which is the same in terms of consonants, slightly different in terms of vowels from the original name Yahuwah, but the essence is still there: YHWH
Among the many distortions, the circumstances and timing of the Sacrifice of the Lamb could not be left out. The enemy never sleeps. Several people are dealing with this topic, which is important because it is fundamentally our duty to restore everything that has been deformed by the institutional pseudo-churches. However, with this article, we will also examine
what are the deeper spiritual impacts of restoring such seemingly “minor” questions.
On what day did Yahushua die?
According to Christian tradition, Yahushua’s sacrifice on the cross happened on a Friday. Then, as we also read in the Scriptures, by Sunday morning the tomb was already empty and the Resurrection had taken place. Friday was chosen because we read in the Scriptures that this event took place a day before Saturday. Thus many people think that the Pesach holiday at that time fell on a weekly Saturday. They seem to have forgotten that in the Old Testament, all the major holidays are considered to be Shabbats. See in the Torah, book of Vayikra (Leviticus) 23rd chapter. Moreover:
No matter how we interpret the concept of day, whether from the Greek or the Hebrew perspective, a day or a night is always missing from the picture and it doesn’t take much mathematical knowledge to see that between Friday and Sunday many things can fit, except from 3 days and 3 nights.
However the promise is as follows:
For as Yonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Matthew 12:40
According to the Jewish calendar, the days begin on the evening of the previous day. This time of eve is what we call Erev, like in the expression erev shabbat which happens to be the name of our ministry as well. The Jewish day begins on the evening of the previous civil day, when the sun goes down.
The first day of the week, Yom Echad (Sunday), starts on Saturday evening.
But whether we count the 3 days and nights backwards from Sunday morning or Saturday evening, we will not fall on Friday in either case.
The crucifixion took place on Wednesday
From here we can start counting: – Wednesday: CRUCIFIXION + FIRST night – Thursday FIRST day + SECOND night – Friday SECOND day + THIRD night – Saturday THIRD day + with the arrival of the first day of the week, Saturday evening: RESURRECTION
The Jews were preparing for the Sabbath. But this Shabbat was the great holiday as we read in the Old Testament and not the weekly Sabbath. Thus, the same laws applied for Pessach since the Great Holidays are considered as being fully shabbats as well.
Furthermore, we read: When the Sabbath was over, Myriam Magdalene, Myriam the mother of Yaakov, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Yahushua’s body. Mark 16:1
Here we can also see that one Sabbath had to pass and the other had to come before the first day of the week, so that between the two the women could buy the oil and spices for the anointing of Yahushua’s body. Because no one works on Shabbat and everything is closed, and these faithful women are unlikely to have broken the law of the Sabbath even for such an act.
What time did Yahushua die?
The problem of the hours is similar. Today’s civilian timekeeping is identical to the Roman timekeeping of that time, according to which the day begins at midnight. So the first hour starts at midnight, and then a 12-hour cycle starts again at noon.
Interestingly, the calculation of the Jewish hours did not start with the onset of the evening, but the daylight hours only started at sunrise. At this time, around Pesach in Israel, the sun rises between 6 and 7 in the morning. Thus, the hours mentioned in the Gospels are to be counted from this moment.
Yahushua was crucified at the third hour. This was roughly between 9 and 10 a.m. Roman/modern time. It was nine in the morning when they crucified him.Mark 15:25as we can read in the renewed english translation instead of at the Sixth hour in the former versions. The changed the original SIXTH expression in order to make sure we understand the exact time of the day when crucifixion began. Then it follows saying instead of the original THIRD our, we can read: At noon, darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon. Mark 15:33
And darkness spread over the world around noon. When, if not then? At the time when the sun reaches its highest point, when it is the warmest and especially the brightest. In short, the darkness came when people least expected it. Elohim leaves nothing to chance, and arranges his signs in such a way that they cannot be misinterpreted or explained with other arguments.
This darkness lasted for three more hours after the curtain was torn apart, i.e. Wednesday approx. from 3 to 4 p.m.
After that, they put him in the grave and the period of 3 nights and 3 days began.
Were there two Seder evenings?
A very big question still remains regarding the described holiday and series of events.
Yahushua and his disciples ate the lamb at the last supper on the first day of unleavened bread on Nisan 14 according to the Mosaic instruction as we read: On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Yahushua and asked, “Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?” Matthew 26:17
This is how we remember that evening – the day before the day of the exodus, when the angel of death killed the first-born Egyptians. We had to slaughter the 1-year-old lamb – which is a young ram – and smear its blood on our doorposts then quickly eat everything being fully dressed up and ready to go.
If this event fell on the date that Yahushua and the 12 disciples ate their last meal on earth, the Pharisees and Sadducees would have to arrest him one day before without letting them the chance to gather and have the Last Supper together. Why did they urge the execution only the next day which, according to Yahushua’s act of celebration, was already the day of Passover, thus a Shabbat?
Why didn’t the Jews of that time observe the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread when Yahushua and his disciples did?
Because they would have had to try to kill Him before that precise night when the Master and the disciples met for the last time and not the day after!
If the rest of the Jews had eaten the meat of the lamb then, like Yahushua and his disciples, they would not have been able to take anyone to the stake the next day, since it was already a holiday, i.e. Saturday!
We don’t know exactly why this shift happened. Perhaps Yahushua brought it a day earlier so that the Jews would symbolically sacrifice Him as a lamb when the lamb sacrifices were also made according to the law? Or maybe a Baylonian distortion modified the original counting of dates? Perhaps something happened in Babylon that besides modifying the Commandments did also modify the dates and forgot one day somewhere. One jewish day may have been left in Babylon? Who knows? I don’t have an answer to that question for the moment. No such historical record exists to my knowledge. But the latter explanation seems more logical, although in this case the shift did not extend to the days of the week, but only to the dates. Indeed, Yahushua and his disciples have always kept the same Shabbats at the same moment of the weeks as the other Jews.
But what is certain:
Yahushua’s sacrifice was to fall on the day when the Jews performed the lamb sacrifices.
Sequence of events
Yahushua eats the sacrificial lamb with his disciples On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Yahushua and asked, “Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?” … They left and found things just as Yahushua had told them. So they prepared the Passover. When the hour came, Yahushua and his apostles reclined at the table. And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. Matthew 26:17 and Luke 22:13-15
Yahushua prays in the Garden of Gethsemane When they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives (…) Once more he went away and prayed the same thing. When he came back, he again found them sleeping, because their eyes were heavy. They did not know what to say to him. Returning the third time, he said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Enough! The hour has come. Look, the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners. Rise! Let us go! Here comes my betrayer!” Mark 14:26, 39-42
Yahushua is arrested They took Yahushua to the high priest, and all the chief priests, the elders and the teachers of the law came together. Mark 14:53
Yahushua is brought before Pilate Very early in the morning, the chief priests, with the elders, the teachers of the law and the whole Sanhedrin, made their plans. So they bound Yahushua, led him away and handed him over to Pilate. Mark 15:1
Crucifixion in the 3rd hour (around 9:00 a.m.) It was nine in the morning when they crucified him. Mark 15:25
Darkness around noon until 3 pm At noon, darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon. Mark 15:33
Yahushua dies / the Curtain is torn in two And at three in the afternoon Yahushua cried out in a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” – which means “My Elohim, my Elohim, why have you forsaken me?” – (…) With a loud cry, Yahushua breathed his last. The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. Mark 15:34, 37-38
They make sure He is dead Now it was the day of Preparation, and the next day was to be a special Sabbath. Because the Jewish leaders did not want the bodies left on the crosses during the Sabbath, they asked Pilate to have the legs broken and the bodies taken down. John 19:31
Yahushua is laid in a tomb It was Preparation Day (that is, the day before the Sabbath). So as evening approached, Yossef of Arimathea, a prominent member of the Council, who was himself waiting for the kingdom of Elohim, went boldly to Pilate and asked for Yahushua’s body. Pilate was surprised to hear that he was already dead. Summoning the centurion, he asked him if Yahushua had already died. When he learned from the centurion that it was so, he gave the body to Yossef. So Yossef bought some linen cloth, took down the body, wrapped it in the linen, and placed it in a tomb cut out of rock. Then he rolled a stone against the entrance of the tomb. Myriam Magdalene and Myriam the mother of Yossef saw where he was laid. Mark 15:42-47
The women buy, then prepare the anointing oil and finally rest on Saturday When the Sabbath was over, Myriam Magdalene, Myriam the mother of Yakov, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Yahushua’s body. (…)Then they went home and prepared spices and perfumes. But they rested on the Sabbath in obedience to the commandment. Mark 16:1 and Luke 23:56
Pesach is fulfilled
So Yahushua celebrated the Seder – the night before the Exodus, when the Jews living in the land of Goshen ate the meat of the sacrificial lamb while the angel of death was killing the firstborn in Egypt.
Then the disciples drank the blood of the lamb, thus symbolically smearing the blood by which they were redeemed on the doorposts of their hearts so that death has no longer power over them. The next day, through the death of the Lamb of Elohim, He offered mankind the door and opportunity of Salvation – the ultimate exodus of mankind from the fallen world.
The rest of the Jews, who did not follow the Messiah, crucified the Savior on the Day of the Lamb Sacrifice, precisely when the lambs were sacrificed in preparation for the Passover.
Prophetically, the Jews sacrificed their Messiah as a Lamb,
which most of Jews still have not consumed since then, because they persist in rejecting Him. But at the end of time, i.e. now, more and more of us, Jews, are gathering around that table of Seder where our Master sat with his disciples. More and more of us are continuously gathering there to accept His sacrifice and blood for the forgiveness of our sins and as a seal of our salvation.
Why are these questions important?
Again and as I have written many times: Dates and times do not save you, as Paul warns us. The feasts are fulfilled in us by being born again, by our covenant with Yahushua HaMashiach and Ruach HaKodesh filling our hearts. (See: The Feasts of Yahuwah in Yahushua)
Restoring dates and times are important because they are part of the whole picture.
They are part of the Gospel. And as such, everything has its exact role and place. And if we do Restorative work – Apostolic work – it must cover everything. Not in oder to create new dogmas/laws/theologies and breed new and even more Pharisees, but rather because Yahuwah ordered it that way and if Satan messes with it at any level,
then it is our duty by Ruach HaKodesh to restore the details as well, so that the whole truth is strengthened thereby.
Most often, the world rejects the Good News we are bringing because they see the contradictions caused by these deviations. And if we cannot give answers to their questions and objections, or if we approach them being contaminated by these distortions ourselves, then we are not credible and our testimony is weak.
There is another very big problem with this:the further distancing of the Jews from the recognition of the Messiah. When the Savior himself, Yahushua, declares that no other sign will be given to this people – the Jews – than the sign of Yonah, then any alteration of the times and days adds further bricks in the wall that separates the chosen people from their own Messiah. Thus, collective responsibility falls on groups of believers who do not smooth the way between Jew and Yahushua, as Yohanan (John the Baptist) once began. Such a person works against the prophecies and not for their fulfillment.
Do never lose sight of the fact that one of the essence of our ministry as disciples is as follows:
Prepare the way of Yahuwah, make straight in the desert a highway for our Elohim!
Isaiah 40 / Matthew and Luke 3…
This is the basic summary of reformation: taking all obstacles and stones away from the path between Man and Elohim.
The Original Structure of the Early Church and the System of Managing Its Wealth
It may seem strange that when I write about the testimony of Yahuwah who cares for us and provides us with our daily bread, I use as a title a phrase cynically used by the forces of the antichrist. Satan, as a monkey of Elohim, again did not invent anything on his own, so no one should be mislead by this sentence!
When it comes out of the mouths of the puppets of the Antichrist, we are rightly outraged since it is hiding unhealthy intentions and aspirations. But once again, the situation proves us that the enemy wants to appropriate a very noble idea, even a promise and we, the disciples do not even realize that this sentence is one of the keys that should govern our daily life. We are not aware that the Church has lost and forsaken that blessing long ago. For the promise of Elohim is the same then and now. Thus it is time for us to return to and restore it as soon as possible. For indeed, as followers of the Messiah:
We do not have and cannot have anything in this world.
Just like our Lord Yahushua had nowhere to lay his head.
However, we do still own houses, cars, work contracts or businesses, and we give thanks to Elohim for that. But we must always consider these things as if they wouldn’t belong to us.
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Mattew 6:19-21
Perhaps you’ve also experienced already that the less you were bound to material things, the more you were free and pure in spirit! I am not preaching the gospel of poverty here, but The Gospel, with a capital G, that is free from all sorts of excesses. I am speaking of the original promises, where earthly possessions are a blessing, as long as they are given to us exactly according to our needs.
No more no less !
For the two extremist gospels, the one of excess and the other of privation are huge lies opposing and mutually nourishing each other and which hold many Christians in very critical spiritual and physical bondage:
The gospel of success and the gospel of poverty: the first which uses the Almighty as a tool to satisfy human objectives and the second which, neglecting the work and power of Yahushua and Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit), falls into the sin of self-redemption and self-sanctification.
For our part, let us be wise and avoid these two foolish doctrines and ask our Father what Agur asked Him in the book of Proverbs:
Keep falsehood and lies far from me; give me neither poverty nor riches, but give me only my daily bread. Otherwise, I may have too much and disown you and say, ‘Who is Yahuwah?’ Or I may become poor and steal, and so dishonor the name of my Elohim. Proverbs 30:8-9
I don’t want to dwell on the issue of tithing in what follows, but to sum up:
our tithe in Yahushua HaMashiah is none other than our whole being and all our possessions
When we consecrate all that we ARE and all that we HAVE on the altar of Elohim, the question of what will happen tomorrow can no longer be asked. From then on, Elohim is the Master and owner of everything and He personally takes care of us. Those who are still afraid of the next day are not fully engaged and some areas of their lives have still not been handed over to the High Priest, our Messiah Yahushua.
This is often the case, especially in our relationship to material things. In such cases, the problem is that we still cannot accept unconditionally what Elohim wants to give us and that we do not yet see. It is difficult for us humans to agree to move forward a bit blindly without being able to plan our future ourselves or simply not seeing what tomorrow has in store for us. We would always like to know, but the Kingdom of Heaven does not work that way and we must accept it and renew our conscience.
For us men, the question of finances, as well as our relationship with women, are among all the others, the most sensitive questions that we have to face.
This is what our Lord Yahushua HaMashiah asked the rich young man. By sharing his wealth, he should not have kept struggling for himself and worry about what will happen to his possessions. By distributing his wealth, he could have supported the fraternal community in which he would have had his place/function and everything he needed.
The one who stores up heavenly treasures is none other than the one who is letting himself being built up by Ruach HaKodesh and who then preaches the Gospel and proclaims the forgiveness of sins, the new birth and who passes through the Holy Spirit to the born again brethren. Such a disciple will also receive earthly goods according to his needs in order to do this work unhindered. The rich young man was offered the same the as we are today:
we can continue with Yahushua, with less personal wealth, but with a large and eternal family, surrounded by brothers and sisters, avoiding both privations and luxuries.
Then we will understand and see the fulfillment of the following promise:
So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Mattew 6:31-34
Just as the Holy Land is not the property of the Jewish people, but is simply its rightful and sole tenant, our homes and other material possessions are to serve the glory of Yahuwah. We’re better of hanging all that we are to Elohim, declaring Him being the owner of everything that belongs to us so that our possessions are in the best hands we can imagine. Our life and wealth is going to be blessed only if we’ll be able to declare this wholeheartedly and categorically. This is the way the providence of Elohim does really work.
What is the true Providence of Elohim?
But I think we should live a much more radical lifestyle as followers of the Messiah. A way of life that began in the past, almost 2000 years ago as we can read in the book of Acts, but which unfortunately fell into disuse.
Is it really good to have anything recorded in our own names?
Isn’t that the worst source of temptation that most people fall into? They are believers, but are spiritually and physically overwhelmed because they are consumed by material worries and money!
When we acquire wealth, we enjoy it like the people of the world and immediately start to always need more and more just like them. In the end we are terrified at the idea of losing everything. Because the fear of seeing moths and rust eat away our goods does also eat us away from within. This fear is a powerful thief in itself which is robing our time and energy to the detriment, for example, of the ministry that we should be doing.
But for those believers who gave up everything to and for the KING and who are simple users and not the owners of the goods they are living from, there is nothing to fear concerning the next day. Indeed, such a person knows perfectly well that even if something bad happens, the Owner is there to replace, restore and make all of our troubles become a blessing. Everything has a specific purpose even when troubles are arising. What is stolen from us belongs to the Supreme King.
How can anyone think that He isn’t able to fill all of our gaps easily?
Who do we think He is? Is He not the Almighty, the Eternal of Hosts? Our Master is not just a banker, but also an insurer (as well as a doctor, a teacher, etc.).
Furthermore, our King is also our Bridegroom. For us men, our role and place in relation to Him is similar to that of the woman who, in more balanced times, was really in her place and assumed her tasks with enthusiasm and joy. As that kind of woman. our task is taking care of the garden and of the children. While working that way, it is our Husband who performes the more difficult tasks by cultivating the land in order to provide for the needs of the family.
The Husband is fully taking care of the needs of his wife and children. Thus the wife does not have to worry that something would go wrong that she couldn’t replace on her own. She does not have to worry if a danger would arise from which she can’t protect herself and her children. And of course, she does not have to be stressed by the idea of not having anything to put in the saucepan to feed herself and the whole family.
We men, living in the Messiah, have a similar relationship with Yahushua as the wife has with her husband.
Our Bridegroom is the head, He protects us, He provides, He replaces, He restores and in His case He even heals us daily. We must only take care of the children and cultivate the vegetable garden: In other words our duty is to give life to new disciples by evangelism, then to carry them to adulthood by teaching them, feeding them with the Word as well as strengthening the already mature brothers.
Christian Kibbutz
Here too it is worth taking a look at some Jewish communities,
in order to see how in Christ we should position ourselves in relation to money, material things, objects, work, and each other. I am not thinking here of Jewish businessmen and bankers, and even less of Orthodox religious communities, but of those Israeli settlers who lived in the famous kibbutzim from the 1940’s to the 1970’s. They lived in smaller communities growing their own food and cultivating the land. Since these self-sufficiant groups were functioning remarkably well in many aspects until the 1980s.
By saying this, I do not wish in any way to Christianize the communist/socialist ideals, but to emphasize that it is precisely these false ideologies which have taken over and stolen the original models from us.
Early Jewish settlers also created and managed these communities based on socialist doctrines and other anthroposophies and not according to the declared Word and Will of Elohim, the Torah. Therefore, the kibbutzim could not survive for long, having been based on human interests and ideas. Indeed, when the foundations are false, the building collapses sooner or later. However, they can be used to open our eyes to recognize the original model of which they were only the shadows.
We must not allow false ideologies to rob us of the main root of the blessings that are promised to us. Let us recover the original structural form of the Body of the Messiah, as we read in the Acts of the Apostles. Because, the sad and harmful heritage of those satanic socialist and communist systems consists precisely in the fact that they expropriated something holy in order to falsify it, defile it. These noble concepts having been lowered and made ungrateful, Christians do not even realize that it is the kind of societal model that was invented for them in the first place.
But this system can only function and subsist if it is put under the unique power of Elohim.
Earlier, I wrote about how the enemy anticipates the truths, actions and fulfillment of Elohim’s prophecies by creating a counterfeit, which he lauches “into the market” in advance, before the original should appear. He uses this strategy in order to distract people’s attention from the original. See: Tools of Deception 1 – OVERTAKING
Our Christian kibbutz is no other than our life, the functioning of our relationships with our brothers, our ministries, our civil work and our places of residence. All these things should look and work like what we are reading as follows:
When they heard this, they raised their voices together in prayer to Elohim. “Sovereign Yahuwah,” they said, “you made the heavens and the earth and the sea, and everything in them. You spoke by Ruach HaKodes – the Holy Spirit – through the mouth of your servant, our father David: “ ‘Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against Yahuwah and against his anointed one. ’ Indeed Herod and Pontius Pilate met together with the Gentiles and the people of Israel in this city to conspire against your holy servant Yahushua, whom you anointed. They did what your power and will had decided beforehand should happen. Now, Yahuwah, consider their threats and enable your servants to speak your word with great boldness. Stretch out your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of your holy servant Yahushua.” After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of Elohim boldly. All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Yahushua. And Elohim’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all that there were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned land or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need. Acts of the Apostles 4:24-35
What preceded the emergence of this perfect social form?
1 – THEY DECLARED THE SINGLE REIGN OF YAHUSHUA HAMASHIAH 2 – THEY ASKED FOR YAHUWAH’S PROTECTION 3 – THEY ASKED FOR COURAGE, SPIRITUAL WEAPONS, SIGNS AND MIRACLES FOR THE MINISTRY 4 – THEY WERE IN UNITY AND THEREFORE WERE FILLED WITH RUACH HAKODESH / THE HOLY SPIRIT
It was then that they learned to live together and connect with each other properly.
Just as the Commandments of the Old Testament were fulfilled on the day of Shavuot as described in the Acts of the Apostles by the arrival of Ruach HaKodesh, among these, the laws concerning the social structure and functioning of the chosen people were also fulfilled and been performed in their most perfect form, as we read in Atcts 4:32 to 5:16.
Badly organized brotherly relationships
The pattern described in the Acts of the Apostles is the functioning that should still characterize the Church today. Unfortunately this is no longer the case.
The Father, the Son, Ruach HaKodesh and His Word are all the same today as they were then and will be forever. If this is a fact, then everything described in Acts, as well as all the characteristics of the Church of that time. Everything has to work as in those holy days: Community life, the types of tongues, prophecies, signs, wonders, healings and Sanctification.
This cannot be accomplished by human will and effort, but only
under the guidance of Ruach HaKodesh, where all of us, in unity, put our trust only in Elohim.
Once such a level of faith has been reached, brothers and sisters will no longer have to live at different social and financial levels.
If someone is an architect, engineer or economist (to mention some of the highest paying professions on the market as an example), they shouldn’t mind if the people who deliver their mail or those who clean their offices have practically the same amount of money as them to live on a daily basis. Even if they are the ones who generate the largest part of the income, if they are brothers: everyone should have the money distributed according to their needs.
Because the clerk and the housekeeper both also invest time and effort in their work, just like the bosses, maybe even more. Is it therefore normal that they must constantly fight to survive and cannot make ends meet without being forced into debt? While the biggest issue of those having a higher degree is choosing which restaurant to invite their business partners to, which distant country to go on the next holiday with the family, which new car or house to buy or what investment could be the best to put their extra money in.
Because work is a whole that crumbles if any link breaks or ceases to exist. We are interdependent. A surgeon cannot carry out surgeries successfully without having his assistants/nurses by his side and without the operating room having been thoroughly cleaned beforehand.
If you remove the side-characters leaving only the main actor to perform alone on stage or in a movie, the work will lose all its meaning, no matter how good the remaining actor may be. The performance will become heavy and indigestible and the auditorium will soon become empty.
Anyone who is truly Spirit-filled must understand that IQ and the right social conditions, level of education, being born in the right place, at the right time, in the right family etc., should not allow anyone to tolerate or worse, practice such a level of difference in income and lifestyle compared to brothers of more difficult conditions. This conception comes from the world, it is against the Law, it is ruthless, deeply human and selfish.
Where can one find communities today – except of the Amish – where these laws of the jungle are not accepted and cultivated even amongst the Body of the Messiah? “So the world is” say modern Christians. “Let’s pray the Lord that at least we makes us look more like the wolves than their preys!”
Unfortunately, this way of thinking has seeped into the depths of communities and governs the lives of Christians with impunity and little remorse.
This is what the teachers of the gospel of success preach. Where, instead of restoring the Commandments of Elohim, they encourage to pray the Almighty, so that He blesses them with such a blessing like the wolves outside. Then, once their pockets are filled, they drop a tithe here, an offering there, as a sacrifice of grace towards the Father, but above all as a sacrifice of expiation towards their own conscience which knows very well that something has gone really wrong.
At best, these offerings go directly to the needy, but usually they end up in the piggy-bank of the local church instead. Either way, people’s consciences are kept clean, they wash their hands like Pilate and go quickly away like the rich young man in the parable, so that they don’t have to face the Word of Yahuwah and recognize what they really should be doing and how they should manage their wealth.
Thus contemporary disciples remain attached to their own goods, obtained by their own work which they use for their own interests and well-being. So that in the end many could ask: “in what do Christians still differ from the people of the outside world?”
As long as the basis of the Body of Christ remains the model of American Christian capitalism and not the original, no revival is to be expected, let no one be fooled.
Indeed, it is from that direction that the cramming of the gospel of injustice has been reaching us for more than half a century.
And while we give thanks to the Lord, we don’t even realize that mammon still rules our finances.
Unfortunately, this material approach is the most valid in the case of communities that were originally created on the basis of Pentecostal blessings and activities. It seems that the closest Christians get to the original roots, the heaviest is the counterattack from part of the ennemy.
But if our way of thinking is really in the Pentecostal Spirit, then we must realize that a worker should not live under more difficult conditions than a his brother who is a doctor or a lawyer.
Indeed, the latter will have more income, since they get it from the unrighteous world. But as soon as they return to the common living space, then everything must be put in the common fund together with the money of those who have less income, so that everyone receives from it according to their needs.
Thus our money will be sanctified and blessed!
Moreover, if someone was born into a better family, had a more comfortable and harmonious childhood with a healthier genetic heritage, because he was conceived in a more orderly environment, where there was no “as many” sins, alcoholism, etc, if he has a more stable intellect, or even more advantageous physical characteristics which basically opens doors to further opportunities in life, would all this mean that as a member of the Kingdom of Elohim, he should continue to enjoy for himself all the benefits that such assets can bring after being born-again in the Messiah?
Several questions can arise when I try to protect the rights of people with less education and qualifications:
– Didn’t the graduate invest a lot of work in his studies to get where he is? Yes, because being born with such advantages, it was not too much of a problem for him to cultivate what he basically had. A supporting family, a good intellect and enough wealth for financing his studies, all that contributed to it. But always remind that as long as he was a student, he did not have to go to work like his poor brother who, for lack of financial and intellectual means, had to go and earn his living from an early age. Those who study, simply postpone their professional activities for many years. While the other is already working, the first one is acquiring knowledge for himself. At the time of taking up the job, the other will have already worked for many years, having paid all sorts of taxes which, among other things, will have been used to help that first one getting his degrees. All this by doing works that are much harder and more physical than those the graduate will ever do in his life.
The world also let workers retire earlier than those working in offices.
Next argument they can come up with:
– “The higher the position, the greater the responsibility!” If we take the exemple of a doctor, we can say that if our faith was in order, we might not even need them. At least not to this extent. But for the rest, engineers, lawyers, economists, etc., these people are working on the construction of a world in perpetual growth such as the Tower of Babel, rather than working on the edification of the Celestial Sanctuary: the Church. This does not mean that followers of Yahushua cannot practice such professions, but certainly not in the form in which it is done today. In addition, a higher level of responsibility implies a greater number of challenges and interest in their work which are source of motivation. Motivation, on the other hand, is one of the main drivers of well-being that gives satisfaction in what we’re doing. When a person is motivated, he has already received one of the greatest rewards that work can give: the fact of being satisfied with what we are working on.
There is no more painful feeling than the lack of motivation. What a feeling of hopelessness when you have no more goals and prospects in your life! The higher you are in the hierarchy, the more “important” your role may seem, the lower are the chances that you feel miserable in your job.
However, there is no inferior or dirtier work!
All professions are important and noble if they are done properly. All jobs can be inspiring and motivating if we do them in a good conscience.
What the world considers valuable or not is its problem and none of our business. This should not influence our way of thinking.
Elohim does not look at peoples’ diploma and level of studies, but at the hearts and energy they do invest in their work.
Elohim looks at the amount of sweat, the work done in relation to the talents that the person has received in the first place. What interests Yahuwah is the attitude of people towards the work they received, the degree of gratitude and enthusiasm they are showing while working as well as the level of glory that is returned to Him during the tasks. Does the person really work for the Glory of Elohim, with and for Him? Does he or she also demonstrate humility and respect toward their superiors? The only question He asks is: Are we fulfilling His requirements as written in the New Testament?
These are the things that really matter to Him!
If we were fully the members of the same Body, then, based on the parable of 1Corinthians 12, the question could be asked how did one member become stronger or grow disproportionately bigger compared to the others? If we are the members of the same Body,
shouldn’t we feed from the same stomach we should be sharing as well?
And if today these glaring differences within Christianity are clearly present, then we are feeding ourselves from different stomachs that simply means that we are not one body at all. The Body of the Messiah should not look like a mutant whose members seem to have been inherited from Arnold Schwarzenegger for some and from Mahatma Gandhi for others.
Poverty resulting from laziness
Of course, there are a large number of people who owe their misery also to their own sins of omission and laziness in particular. Many could have studied and learned, but they did not. Many could have climbed the social ladder, but preferred wine, gambling and women. (see the book of Proverbs concerning the path of fools). But when such a person repents, is baptized, is born again in the Messiah, becomes filled with His Spirit and becomes a member of His Body, his sins have been forgiven to him and no one can blame him for being in such a situation any longer. He must then be helped to learn to work and to love it. Therefore, the question is: to what extent he henceforth satisfies the conditions that can be expected from a born again christian?
Anyone who persists in parasitism and laziness will sooner or later have to be expelled from the community,
until this spiritual leprosy ceases and the person is free from it. Again, the commandments of the Torah provide the answers on how the Body of Messiah has to function today. Because there are differences between the foreigner, the traveler, the daily worker and the inhabitant and we should not mix up these people’s rights.
We must ask the Father for the Ruach HaKodesh to fulfill the decrees regarding the functioning of the People of Israel within the Church today. We find the complete manual in the Old Testament!
It’s not communism or any other utopia I’m talking about here, but the Kingdom of Elohim, which is among us, therefore inside of us. This is a promise, and it is our duty to pray for the restoration of this original order of the Church.
If the Messiah is ruling over us and our communities, then His Law must also live and act among us. In this way, he will also protect us from undesirables who come among us with bad intentions in order to live as parasites and take advantage of our common goods. The way that happened in the case of this couple of impostors who wanted to deceive the Apostles by withholding part of the sum of their sold property in Acts 5.
Worker/Engineer: Same salary?
As we have explained, the world is the one that thinks the more knowledge, degrees and language skills people have, the more valuable they are. But these are just talents. Elohim distributes them according to His will and loves those who receive them in the same way regardless of the number of talents they had been given by Him. But everyone has the duty to make them grow!
Elohim, on the other hand, watches with how many drops of sweat, even tears, someone is doing his work. If he received fewer talents, does he deal with them according to his Commandments?
Whoever was born into a better family, who grew up in a better neighborhood, with better physical and intellectual capacities, will be more accountable in the end.
We don’t receive more, to build ourselves up and watch our brothers toil to avoid starvation and ruin.
Does a manager, engineer or doctor have more responsibilities? May he be happier and praise the Lord even more! For he had received a more interesting and exciting work, a source of greater joy and more satisfaction. This in itself is a great remuneration and an additional reward for his soul. He is higher up on the ladder, so less exposed to potential petty bosses. This situation in no way justifies differences of 10-20 or even more times the salary of another person.
It should be emphasized that here it is only question of the functioning of the Body of the Messiah. The world is as it is, it is not up to us to change it. I am not talking about reforming the World’s economical system. This one is running to its loss as it has been written for long in the good Book. I am talking about reforming the Church to its original pattern. It is the Body of Messiah that could and should function in this way and witness in the eyes of the world to the justice and love of Yahuwah in making such a righteous society function.
Naturally, an engineer or a doctor needs different and more expensive tools to work with. Each would receive from the common fund what he needs to fulfill his function. The number of children must also be taken into account, but in terms of own pocket money, daily expenses, food-heating-access to housing-etc, none of this should differ so significantly between brothers and sisters such as what we see happening in the world and in Christianity today.
What is obtained by the disciples from the unjust mammon must be sanctified on the Altar of Elohim to be redistributed fairly according to His will and their needs.
Here also, it will happen that someone receives more than the other, because having a larger family or precisely a job involving more responsibilities, requiring more sophisticated thus more expensive equipment. Of course, a doctor’s stethoscope costs more than a housekeeper’s broom. An architect, on the other hand, will need more expensive and more efficient computing devices than a car mechanic, who would only use them for leisure and thus would have to make it with less efficient, lower cost models. Those who travel more during their work will be allowed to buy a more efficient car, etc.
We are not talking here of a rigid and blind Bolshevik system, but of
a world literally made perfect by the action of the Spirit of Elohim,
where the truth of the Almighty would work in an almost unimaginable and perfect way for the common good.
A system similar to this is now emerging in the world: a counterfeit of that perfect and original pattern, which the antichrist is building in these days. This will be the last world order where the ruling elite would take back from the Western world the right to a life of luxury and idleness that it has led since the end of the Second World War. The pre-covid era was truly an unsustainable and harmful system, especially for the part of the world that did not benefit from common resources. The concept of taking back everything from the hands of western people like us is therefore a very good idea in principle. But it is precisely the same spirit that was responsible for the construction of this chaotic and perverse system which now comes as a savior to bring order in its own way and always for its own benefit.
The goal is the perfect and final submission of the whole humanity to the central power.
This end-time world system will be one in which we, the followers of Yahushua, will no longer have our place. We shall be forced to return to the social form and life dealt with in this article. Because when those who will not have taken the mark of the beast on their hands of foreheads and therefore will no longer be able to buy or sell, we’ll have only one thing left to do with our dipolomas and other patents: to sew them into the lining of our jackets in order to reduce the feeling of cold that will challenge us once in the street. Unfortunately, it looks like the rapture won’t actually happen until the great tribulation begins, as many are claiming. But one way or another, the Body of Messiah will have to endure at least 3.5 years. If we do not follow and restore this societal model, it will come as a surprise to us, and the test will only be greater.
Half-Truth of Antichrist / Fullness of Christ
The title phrase was not only stolen from us, but as usual, the enemy uses all the originals in an incomplete way or by adding something to them. In this case, something is missing. Indeed, because in the sentence: “You will have nothing and you will be happy” we must add:
and you won’t miss a thing!
When the antichrist offers his seal, through which people’s knowledge and spiritual-physical condition can be significantly improved, through external and human intervention (with AI for exemple), then humanity will truly achieve the apparent earthly happiness that they all yearn for. What can be achieved here on earth, through knowledge, science and technology, is soon going to reach its peak. Through the connection of perfect knowledge and health with the Internet, health organizations and centers, almost unimaginable doors and opportunities open up for the modern man, the transhuman.
All sources of collective happiness will be available tomorrow. People won’t have private properties, so they won’t have to worry about what will happen if they lose them. The central power will provide all the means they will need to continue this parasitic and futile way of life that has ruled the world for more than half a century. Like in the socialism of the old days, when people lived in municipal flats and received almost free utilities (the bills then were a much smaller portion of salaries than they are today). Work will also be completely different, many won’t even work, but robots will do the work for them, like in the last decades of the Roman Empire, when slaves worked while privileged citizens enjoyed themselves in public squares and benefited from free state-funded cultural events. Very soon, everyone will receive the Universal Basic Income many are already talking about since Covid. This basic salary will be an integral part of the fundamental rights of Man and the Citizen.
There will be only one problem with all this, it will be necessary to consciously say yes to a ruler who will openly and irreversibly ask to sell their souls, or rather their spirit, in exchange for all these advantages.
Then everyone will know, at least those who still believe in Life after death, that they will no longer be able to receive Salvation, Eternal Life and citizenship of the Kingdom of Elohim described and offered by Yahushua our Savior. Many will accept anyway. Because the state of paradise on earth will be so attractive to them, when there will be no more sickness or wars or accidents or any other inconvenience – at least that is what they will be promised – that they won’t be able to resist the offer. The false Messiah will apply false promises and false commandments, or more exactly imitations of the originals.
Many will be deceived into actually believing that eternal life, happiness, peace and security will be achieved here on earth. How could one resist that?
And for those of us who resist, the structure of the Church described in Acts must be restored, or else we will be in a critical situation. The persecutions will finally force the Body of Messiah to accept this truth, but better not wait until then. That the members of the Church do not wait to be ejected from their homes to finally found each others on the streets once they have become homeless.
It would be better to start planning now and urgently, because the last act has already begun, the anti-christ is on the verge to be anointed as a king.
And now, let’s take back another motto that had been taken away from us and which is not addressed to the proletarians, but to the followers of Yahushua: “Let us unite”: Let’s return together to Shavuot/Pentecost, so that Ruach HaKodesh will spread over us and fills us evenly. So that our tithe, that is to say all of our goods, are redistributed among us righteously.
The Kingdom of Elohim is already here, among us and we must already experience it here and now.
In the continuity of my article exposing Christmas, it finally seemed important to me to treat the question of the day of the birth of the Savior, Yahushua HaMashiah. There has never been a biblical, hence Jewish, custom prescribing the celebration of birthdays, but if it is so important for non-Jews, then I think it is worth considering the facts set out below. Also, from the accounts of Yeshua’s birth in the Gospels, it seems fairly obvious what time of year He appeared among us.
The Sukkot Theory
Of those who reject the late December theory most regard the Feast of Tabernacles as the time of Yeshua’s birth. For years, I myself considered this date as the most probable. Most people support this theory because we can read in John 1:14: …the Word was made flesh and DWELT among us… The word DWELL in the original text is expressed by the same word as “TENT” or “TABERNACLE”. The original text therefore implies that “He Tabernacled” among us.
However, knowing the people and especially the Romans, the best time to organize a census when everyone has to make the trip to return to their native villages is naturally a time when the weather is favorable enough to facilitate the movement of people. It would have been completely illogical and foolish to force masses to move in the season of Sukkot, which is early fall (or even and probably more at the beginning of December, as we will see later) when the weather is unpredictable and often already quite cold. Moreover, it is the time following the closing of the harvests, when the crowds of people still living mostly on agriculture were most exhausted from the physical labor that they had just finished.
The Feasts of Yahuwah: Stages of Salvation History
The birth of Yeshua, as well as all the events of the history of Salvation known until now, all and exclusively took place during original “Jewish” biblical festivals. read more about it here
The Sacrifice of the Cross happened on Pesach, the Resurrection took place on the Feast of Firstfruits and the gift of the Holy Spirit on Shavuot. Now humanity has been in the period between Shavuot and Yom HaTrua for almost 2000 years. The next fulfillment will be the Rapture, when the shofar will sound as announced in 2 Thessalonians and Revelation of John. Then, on Yom Kippur, Israel will recognize the Messiah in Yeshua and mourn him as the firstborn son.
Succoth is the feast of the final harvest, when the Messiah will return and gather the people that have not taken the mark of the beast. Succoth’s duration of several days symbolizes the duration of the Millennium at the end of which the new heavens and the new earth will be created as the new beginning in a new month of Nisan.
Succoth will be the last holiday to be fulfilled. Yeshua, the Lamb of Elohim, could not appear during this feast, since His Birth announces the New Creation of humanity.
The first day of the year
Contrary to Jewish tradition, which regards Yom HaTrua as the beginning of the Judaic year and renames it Rosh Hashanah (head of the year), the laws of physics and nature bear witness to a completely different time, concerning which moment of the year should be considered as its beginning. If the word of Elohim which has long defined times and days is no longer enough for people, then let the laws of physics and nature alone bear witness to it: The creation of the world could not have taken place any other time than in spring or in the beginning of the summer, when Life springs out from nothingness.
Life always begins in spring then goes through a summer and an fall to finally disappear in winter.
And for those for whom the Word of Elohim is sufficient, on the basis of Exodus 12:1-2, we can again declare that the first day of the year, thus that of creation is the
1st of Nisan
Yahuwah said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt, “This month is to be for you the first month, the first month of your year. Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month each man is to take a lamb for his family, one for each household.Exodus 12:1-3
The 1st of Nisan, which according to the civil calendar usually falls between the end of March and the beginning of April each year, is not considered a holiday. Thus, Joseph and Miriam could go wherever they wanted, they were not breaking the law if they did not go up to Jerusalem but to Betlehem instead, in accordance with the roman will of counting the people.
Everything was created in, through and for Yahushua. When could he has been born, if not on this day when Life revives
By the way, Yeshua’s birth was not only on the first day of the first month of the year, but also on the first day of the week, as was his resurrection. Therefore, the first day of creation was Nisan 1, the first day of the week. This, however, is by no means an excuse to change the Shabbat law. See Saturday / Sunday
It is interesting to notice that the majority of ancient peoples, including the Greeks and Romans, originally set the beginning of the year at the spring equinox, which is around March 20-21. This is an evidence, since the very names of certain months still in use today such as September, October, November, December are respectively derived from the Greek and Latin numerals seven, eight, nine and ten. The months of July and August were added later, so shifting their original occurrence. Thus the seventh month September became the ninth etc.
The pagan astrological cycle also begins with the constellation of Aries or Ram towards the end of March. The ram which by the way is a symbol of renewal and fertility. The one-year-old male sacrificial lamb was also already and practically a ram. At that time, the one-year-old male sacrificial lamb, according to the law, was more of a young ram than a lamb. Something which corresponds well to the nature of the replacement sacrificial animal sent to Abraham as a substitute for Isaac on Mount Moriah.
The Sacrificial Lambs
We know from the accounts that the shepherds were outside with their cattle in the evening or even late at night. Shepherds only come out with their herds at night at calving time, when the females give birth to their young.
And sheep give birth mainly during the springtime.
Another interesting thing is that the Passover sacrificial lambs, which were specifically offered as a burnt offering in the Temple in Jerusalem, came from the area of Bethlehem. The sacrificial lambs were symbolically brought to the Holy Place from King David’s hometown.
The local shepherds who appear in the Nativity Story were none other than the herders of these specific lambs. Elohim reveals the news of the Birth of His Lamb to these Shepherds, for they were already awaiting the birth of the sacrificial Passover lambs continuously and every year. This was their profession: These shepherds were the advanced guard of the waiting for the Messiah.
Moreover, according to the law, the paschal lamb had to be one year old. This clearly indicates that
each Passover sacrificial lamb had to be born on the previous year’s Passover period
Yeshua’s life did not last a year, but much longer. However, as the Perfect Sacrificial Lamb, He also had to be born at the time foreseen by the Law as well as the animals which foreshadowed Him having all been born a year earlier.
In addition, on the 10th of the month of Nisan, the sacrificial lamb was to be separated and brought into homes, a few days before their sacrifice at Passover which takes place on 14-15 Nisan. This is what happened on Palm Sunday: Yahuwah brings his own Son, the Lamb, to his own house, Jerusalem, on the back of a donkey and celebrated as a King.
Completed holiday cycle
Yahushua is the Alpha and the Omega, or rather the א (alef) and the ת (tet) according to the original Hebrew alphabet. Everything was created in, for and through Him.
The Feasts ordained by Yahuwah all point to Him and He fulfills all of them.
The Lamb of Elohim physically appeared in the visible world on the first day of the Creation of the world. He came down here in order to perform the final Sacrifice of the Lamb on a Passover feast which was subsequent to the one on which his was born.
From his birth, the Messiah bears in him all the feasts while opening a new cycle: the one of the time of Mercy.
Since Pentecost, filled with the Holy Spirit, we live in the time of harvest and await the rapture which will take place at a certain time on the first or second day of the feast of Yom HaTrua, the exact year being still unknown. In the meantime, our task is to gather souls as well as teach and further strengthen those who have already been gathered, so that they will remain in faith till the end.
Shifting of times
In parenthesis, I would like to point out, as I have done in my other writings, that historical records show that the Pope of the time forced Hillel HaNassi, a Jewish spiritual leader who lived at the beginning of the Middle Ages, to make further changes in the Jewish calendar and the counting of times. Furthermore, Judaism itself may have considered it reasonable from its own perspective to adapt the holiday cycle to the weather of the regions of our exile. After all, the agricultural cycle in Europe ends at the end of September and the beginning of October. On the other hand, thanks to the longer lasting warmer weather in the Near Eastern landscapes called the Fertile Crescent, harvests last until the middle of December even in modern times. Thus, in the period before the exile, the holiday of Sukkot took probably place around this time, i.e. when today the Jews celebrate the Hanukkah holiday, which has since been added.
Based on the records of Josephus Flavius, it is known that the counting of Times have been moved backwards by two or three months and by 210 years! Thus, we are actually not in the year 5784 according to the modern and official Jewish calendar, but approximately in 5994, as the signs of the times prove it each day even more clearly. (The seventh millennium, that of the reign of Yahushua being at the door).
As with all scattering work, this factor also greatly complicates our situation. After all, celestial signs, various prophetic phenomena, blood moons, wars launched against Israel and the fulfillment of historical events all fall on holidays according to the current and today’s officially accepted Jewish calendar. So has it been changed or not finally? Perhaps this will seem exaggerated, and since I myself cannot know to what extent the calendar has been changed or not, but more and more signs point to it. But it seems that Elohim, having given the celestial bodies as a sign to mankind, He seems to be adapting their appearance and movements to mankind’s deluded state and make them appear in the sky when the people expect them to be there as confirmation of prophetical events and most of all when the real time comes for them to point the fulfillment of an earthly event. Even if the time of the given holiday or event were two or three months later according to Elohim’s clock, it is still brought forward and adjusted to the changed time calculation, since the celestial bodies and their positions are for man and not the other way around. Thus, the primary concern is that the messages and signals reach the recipients. If the receiver moves two or three houses away, we are going to adapt the house number on our postcards, as our goal is that our relatives read them and not strangers.
From the point of view of this article, I have to slightly modify the message to the extent that, in essence, the first day of the original month of Nisan is not even at the beginning of spring, but at the end of it, in what we call: June (i.e. at the end of the school year).
And this is natural: After all, Elohim did not create seeds, buds, small animals and seedling plants, but finished “products”! Just as Adam was created as an adult. With Elohim, the beginning of life begins with immediate perfection and maturity. This means that spring is nothing more than the period when everything begins to revive from the state of death of winter. Spring is not yet the time of the original beginning of life. The six days of creation did not occur in a period equivalent to what we call Spring today. Spring is the beginning of revival and recovery from the deadly state brought by winter. Spring is the transitional period leading back to the state which immediately came up at the creation and which culminates and can be seen each year at about the beginning of summer.
Because when the sentence is spoken: “Let there be Light”, life appeared in its summer splendor right from the start of the six-day cycle of creation.
The first of Nisan, the day when Elohim brought Himself as the Messiah, as the Son, in a word: as The Light into the fallen world that was in darkness and chaos, obviously has to correspond to the time of the year when the light of the sun lasts the longest according to our current time calculations.
This particular day, which the pagan world calls the summer equinox, is the polar opposite of the previously discussed Christmas and other bacchanalia period. This last one is the culmination of darkness and the previous is the culmination of Light.
What does Satan do then?
He takes the event of the Light of the World being born physically on earth and transfer it to the darkest day that best reflects his own essence, and he thus creates a holiday called Christmas!
I would also like to point out to the users of astronomical IT programs that, of course, these ones cannot be trusted 100% either. Why should they? Just think a moment: Which is the spirit that builds and spreads the virtual world today? The same one that changed the times and the law in the Middle Ages and at the time of the foundation of the Roman Church. This forgery is a long-term plan that the antichrist spirit is preparing for its own coming in the flesh at the end of times in order that many should not recognize him. Also: Which organization is responsible and oversees almost everything related to astronomy and its study and especially the program that many Christians use to study the positions of the stars? NASA of course! Or I could have said Walt Disney, since the two are one and the first is none other than the subsidiary of the second. And with some mathematically well-adjusted logarithms, any modification can be ordered regarding the position of the given celestial bodies, those that cannot be seen with the naked eye, so that according to the plan of this antichrist spirit, they will appear where and when it wants them to show up.
Celebrate His birth?
But coming back to our Savior’s birthday. Can we celebrate this event? Yes, we do, we even have to. Although we emphasize that celebrating a birthday separately is very dangerous and incomplete, because we are opening a cycle that has already gone much further. If we retain only one aspect of it, we cut ourselves off from the whole. We must continually remember His arrival, His death, His resurrection, and departure from the earth as an inseparable set of events constituting the work of redemption, but not necessarily on a particular day.
The Word does not mention in a clear and precise way the moment of his birthday, because Elohim does not want humanity to remain stuck on the image of the child “Jesus”. This intention has obviously not really been respected so far.
However, the elements of the story are clear, only spring or early summer can come into consideration and anyone who has eyes, ears and knowledge of the roots knows this. It is Elohim’s permissive will and at the same time his test: is Humanity and among them a large part of Christianity going to fall into the temptation? Are they going to preserve an ancient pagan event or feast in order to safeguard the tradition of their ancestors rather than submitting themselves to the gift of Sanctification proposed by the Spirit of the Messiah? Christmas is such a test that many people still stumble over.
It is indeed possible to celebrate the birth of the Lamb of Elohim every Passover, but only do so if we also remember the rest of his work and life,
the Sacrifice of the Cross, then the Resurrection, Ascension and the coming of the Ruach HaKodesh/Holy Spirit.
But any celebration should always be preceded by the surrender of our life, conversion and rebirth, baptism of fire – being filled with Ruach HaKodesh. Because then, all the holidays will be continuously alive and active in our hearts and bodies, since then we ourselves become the temples of the Spirit of the Messiah, where all the holidays become eternal.
One of the great conspiracies of the Romanization or Hellenization of the Church also manifested here, as we wrote earlier in connection with the false feast called Christmas. Now, digging a little deeper, we can also see that once again an original New Year has been twisted twofold: On the one hand by rabbinical Judaism postponing it to a later holiday which has nothing to see with the New Year; and on the other hand by the Greco-Romans who postponed it to their winter solstice thus creating a Gregorian New Year.
Because the Savior was truly born on New Year’s Day. But not according to the Roman calendar, not even according to the modern Jewish calendar, but according to the original biblical calendar. At the same time and in the same way as when Elohim spoke and said on the very first day of the very first month of creation: “Let there be Light“. This Light of the World who was brought into our world at this point in the cycle of the year, both at creation and later in Bethlehem.
